This is the best HVAC Company to deal with in the entire State of NH. My wife and I lost heat the day after Thanksgiving with a 2 year old and 6 month old. We called numerous people without having any luck for help and then we finally called Joyce who was able to work us into their schedule for an emergency appointment. The technician came out and deemed our boiler was broken. He did say he could fix it the damaged boiler but the repairs may only last a couple years and we really needed a new boiler. We were initially told there was a 2 week wait for install so we started calling around to other places and every other company was in the same boat, some even longer waits. We then called Joyce back and they were able to shuffle their schedule around and the 2 week wait was shortened to only 3 days. They came out yesterday and completed the job today. From start to finish everyone at the company was professional including our initial contact with Jesse and then the install crew with Dylan B and his entire team. I can not thank this company enough for going above and beyond when a family was truely in a crisis. We also got a second quote just to compare the current quote we got from Joyce and I can tell you that Joyce was thousands and thousands of dollars cheaper than their direct competitor so not only did we get the best service in the State of NH but we also got the best price. My family will only use Joyce going forward for the rest of our lives and we are going to make sure all of our friends and family use them as well. Thank you again Joyce for saving our family!

Unfortunately, one of our 2 A/C units stopped working and the other was on its last leg. Both furnaces were also past their expected life span, so it was time for an upgrade. 2 A/C units and 2 furnaces is no small job. I obtained several quotes and Joyce, who was recommended by an associate of mine who also had a good experience, was the most professional and detailed which really impressed me. I wanted to minimize the disturbance to our business, so it was important the company we hired that had the manpower to get the job done quick. They exceeded my expectations, the job was competed quickly, efficiently, with quality work and they left the office jobsite clean when done. On top of that their rate was competitive. I was impressed from start to finish and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services for their residential or commercial property.

I needed to replace my “vintage” AC system. Joyce was very professional all the way around. Sales answered all my questions and explained all the options. Prices were competitive and clearly outlined in proposal. Office staff very responsive. Scheduling was quick and they offered financing options. Installation was on time and techs were professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

From showing up on time, courteous, neat, polite, informative every detail on aspect of their work was impeccable the fine details if even patching old screw holes in the ductwork to make sure they don’t leak here. No detail was too small or missed by this gentleman all professional professionals, every moment, courteous everything that you could ask for knowledge and experience was clearly there. One of your parents slipped and fell on his elbow not once did he even swear or complain, I never heard a harsh word out of any of them on any of the work truly credits to your company in professionalism, courtesy, and skill.

Would not recommend! Very difficult to get a hold of. Took 3 months to arrange to get someone to do a warranty repair job. Requested a breakdown of their estimate multiple times before the job and they were VERY resistant to give it. That’s because they ended up charging $1000 for 2hrs of work and to pick up/drop off a part. If you have to use them, I recommend requiring a price breakdown of parts, labor etc before hiring them. Contacted other local companies who also thought what they charged us was significantly overpriced.

Chad and his team at Hayes really knows their stuff. Very friendly, fair and they are my goto for any HVAC. Recommended by a neighbor and now I know why!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Hayes Heating and Air was. Our a/c unit stopped working in the middle of the night. I called six different companies on a Friday who couldn't come out for several days (not ideal in these 90+ days)! Hayes called me back and had a tech (Jason who was amazing) come out that afternoon. I would recommend giving them a call for all of your heating and a/c needs.

Twice this year, the furnace stopped heating my home. Hayes was able to come shake down the problem same-day on both occasions. Very pleasant people to work with, and very reasonable rates for the work they did. They are happy to explain what's going on, recommend fixes and adjustments to avoid future problems, and will always be my first call for all future HVAC work.

I cannot say enough great things about this company , I had an unfortunate situation with a builder and their HVAC person, I reached out to Hayes. Jessica is absolutely amazing . Very polite , extremely nice and responsive , Jason was my tech, due to his findings and his work I will now only work with Hayes heating , Jason as awesome , again VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE . And did a great job! Thank you Hayes for Everything !

I should have reviewed Absolute Mechanical a couple of months ago when they installed my new boiler. Koby and his crew did a fantastic job removing the old and installing the new boiler! Today, January 8th, 2025, woke up to the power vent motor squealing and on its last legs. The power vent was not part of the boiler replacement a couple months prior since it was working just fine at the time. I called the office and within a half an hour Kevin was out and diagnosed the problem! It was fixed about an hour later. I could not have asked for any better service!! Thank you, Absolute Mechanical!! I would highly recommend Absolute Mechanical for any kind of heating and cooling service you may need!! Now, about 7 months after Absolute replaced my boiler, they replaced my central a/c unit today (6/5/2025) and did a fantastic job on a day when the temperature was over 90 degrees! Kobe and his crew are excellent!

Absolute Mechanical are the absolute best, they replaced a faulty heating and AC system with a new furnace and AC today. The team were timely, professional, tidy, respectful and just amazing. I could not be happier with their work, definitely 5 stars.

Great company, had central air unit put in and the team was so professional. Explained the unit its functions and how they installed it. Shortly after that they replaced a water heater for us, they took care of us within 24hrs when ours went out. Great company that cares for people.

Called yesterday, and Kevin called me back. We were having an issue with the AC in our office building. We had a tech out in the morning from another company that told us the entire thing needed to be replaced! Kevin however didn't think that was the case, and walked myself and my maintenance man through how to test and see what was going on. We asked if he would like to come out, and he was honest and said, do this first so you don't have to pay me for a service call. We did what he instructed, and everything with the system was fine! Its a perfect 70° in the building now! If you want an honest guy, call Kevin. Thoroughly impressed and so happy that he took the time out if his day for 4 seperate phone calls to help us! We know who we are calling from now on! 100% recommend!

These guys are amazing. Kevin came to the rescue and helped fix our air conditioners at Andre's Institute so we can put on the concerts upstairs. His guys were all knowledgeable and very nice and stayed late to get the work done. Highly recommend them!

Incompetent workers lead by an owner unable to take criticism. It must be exhausting to be so perfect, but if I owned an HVAC company and one of my customers called to report that my worker completely MISSED a propane leak and misdiagnosed it as “litter box odor”, I’d probably take that call a little more seriously as opposed to becoming argumentative, and then accusing said customer of non-payment when he never even received an invoice. You’ve been paid now Kevin, about $2,000 dollars. Thank you so much for your unwavering professionalism and commitment to the customer

A very professional team from Absolute Mechanical Systems came today and installed a new Ecoer HVAC unit with inverter technology. The system is running and very quiet. If you are in the market for a new system, I highly recommend Absolute Mechanical.
