I believe he’s the one who finally convinced the service to fix it.

My experience with Sanford control was everything I could ask for. Everything was explained thoroughly. All workers were professional and knowledgeable. They treated me and my home with complete respect. I was always updated with scheduling . They made a rather complex job run like clockwork. I needed this work done. Thank you for your help. The motor in our forced air system failed at 3 am in the morning. We called early in the morning to ask for assistance. We received a text that Patrick would come by late morning. He arrived, assessed our system, and had a replacement motor in by early afternoon. Seriously impressive! Thank you

We found ourselves uneducated and with our hands tied when our dinosaur Geo Thermal unit went down. With electric bills through the roof and us not knowing anything about this type of system, Bill came to our home and spent hours educating my husband and father. He was so patient and did not try and sell us what we did not need. The new unit came and was installed by his team. These gentlemen are exactly that. An amazing crew and very down to earth. They were a pleasure to have around. The area was left clean and we had a direct line to call with any problems. These guys went above and beyond making sure our shallow well was working and coming at the drop of a hat in the late hours of the night. I would recommend this company to anyone for anything. I love what they did for us and the time they spent with us. Thank you Bill and Crew for everything.

After establishing a significant issue with my Geo system and being considerably out of warranty. After weighing all our options my wife and I decided to to replace our system. We went with a Water Furnace 3 ton model thru Wenzel H&AC. They took care of all the details from finding and filing incentives, 0 interest financing explaining all our options and setting up the install. Everything went off without a hitch. This team are true Pro's from the Office staff to Sales and Service and field installers. Their experience in Geothermal is unmatched. Family business with long term seasoned employees. It was a pleasure working with all of them. We couldn't have been happier.

This is our 2nd Service/ Cleaning/ Maintenance we've had done since our purchase from the same young man Mr. Callahan and could not be happier. Gets right to work explains what he's doing and is very informative. Cleans up after himself and makes sure everything is working correctly before packing up. Asks and answers any questions you may have before leaving. Polite, courteous, professional and just a very detailed young man. Nice to see that kind of work ethic. The final results were great but the process getting there required multiple visits and tests. I still had to pay for the unsuccessful visits. I WAS WRONG!! He did not charge me for the 1st 2 visits. The 3rd and 4th visits completely fixed the geothermal HVAC system. They did a great job. Thank you el.

To further this review, now that the work is done, They were great. The work is neat and professional, and the space is all cleaned up. The two men who came were personable and friendly. They also were good at explaining the whole installation process and then how the unit works. We had a "problematical" installation because of the landscape and orientation of the house, and they were easy to work with to find a way to get the loops into the house that worked for everyone. Absolutely nothing to complain about. It is a very well run operation.

Patrick was courteous and very thorough with troubleshooting my geothermal system. Got my system running and pointed out some parts of the system that could be improved. Matt was amazing in that he called me back on a Saturday to talk through the issue I was having and then followed up with another call on Sunday to give me an update as to when a technician would be at my house. That’s unheard of these days! Will definitely work with them again!

Great Company. They responded fast when we had an issue with our geothermal and were able to get our system fixed before the cold weather came.

Zac and Drew are great. They have done a great job and are very responsive when you call them and you are in a bind. They have done work for me at multiple locations, both residential and commercial. The guys are on time, efficient and hard working. Their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them.

If you are searching for a reliable, prompt heating company, look no farther. I was in the same boat recently. We live in a townhouse & suddenly found ourselves without heat or hot water. Being that we had a new hot water heater, it was baffling. But a friend highly recommended this company. I contacted Drew on Monday morning & he said, I can reschedule my other appointments & be there in 40 minutes. I said that would be awesome. It turns out that our next door neighbor had their furnace replaced the day before & turned off our gas by accident. Both of our hoses are located on the exterior of our unit but side by side. My wife told Drew there was something going on next door & he said, it’s not a coincidence. They should have knocked on your door & relit your pilots. He relit both pilots. He took his time & explained everything in detail. After waiting around to make sure both units warmed up he went on his way. I said, excuse me Drew, how much do I owe you. He said, first visit is free. He said that he came over to give me an estimate on a furnace but all he had to do was relight my pilots. His promptness & patience were outstanding. He was absolutely wonderful & eventually when I need to replace my furnace, I know for certain who I am going to call.

Drew presented several options for replacing my dead A/C compressor. Installation was performed by a very polite and professional 2-person crew two days later. They cleaned up a very shoddy looking install done by my former HVAC contractor. I am exceedingly happy with the result and definitely recommend Northeast Climate.

Zac and Drew are wonderful human beings. Not only is their pricing extremely fair, they are professional, know what they are doing, down to earth and very nice. My elderly mom lives me and they treat her with kindness and respect and answer all her questions, no matter what it is and never make her feel like she's a dumb elderly person, like others have treated her. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. In fact my neighbor had them replace his furnace for them per my recommendation.

I couldn’t ask for a better team to work with than the guys at Northeast Climate. Drew and Zac provide outstanding customer service, are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. It was a rainy day for the install and Mike and Chris covered my hardwood floors, put on booties and did an excellent job on the install and clean up. I highly recommend this company.

Drew And Zac (and their apprentice) were extremely insightful , honest and knowledgeable. From the very beginning Drew was very transparent about the process. We were looking at a few options and he gave us recommendation based on honesty and not something that would benefit his pocket. I have had many questions and he has been extremely responsive to all concerns I have had. I highly recommend his team not only for the honestly but the work they do which is exceptional as well. We will certainly be using them again in the future for any heating/cooling maintenance or needs.

From start to finish they were amazing. Drew listened to what our needs were and promised Zack would make sure the install went smooth. Our project should have been a 2 day install, but due to delays with other contractors, it ended up being 3. (2 units, 4 heads total).

Zack, Mike & Andrew listened to my concerns about the piping on the side of the house, and made it look absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond expectations for the install!

I would highly recommend them to anyone for any HVAC needs!

I can't recommend their good work enough. The Card family runs a professional operation and really has given personal attention to my concerns. I've used their company for system maintenance over the years, and just this spring had them completely replace my home HVAC system (including new furnaces, electric heat pumps, ERV, and whole-home dehumidifier). They also reworked & improved the ductwork in my basement, installed new ductwork, and replaced some bathroom fans. Mike came out and did a Manual J load calculation before redesigning & resizing my system and presenting me an estimate. I trust their attention to detail and their workmanship, and they stay until the job is done and done right!

I had a very positive experience with Card HVAC, who installed a Mitsubishi Mini Split Heat Pump system in my home. This is a small, family-owned business, you you get top-rate service. I initially contacted Card via email while I was looking for estimates. Out of 5 local companies I sent inquiries to, only Card and Home Depot contacted me. Mike , the owner at Card, gave me a quick estimate based on my description and a photo of the install site. Home Depot came out soon afterwards, and ended up being $2K more for the same job. I scheduled with Card, and they quickly got me on the install schedule. They were right on time on the install day. Mike and his crew were excellent and professional, and I got a very quick install, all in all about 7 hours or so. I highly recommend Card Heating and Cooling!

This is family owned business and they were amazing! My furnace was ruined due to a flooded basement and they went over and above to make sure my family had heat in a safe and professional way with a Saturday installation no less. I have had them come before for a previous service too and have always found them to be honest, fairly priced, professional, and very courteous. I highly recommend.
