Action came to fix a clogged drain line a few days ago. They got the clog fixed quickly. However, upon finishing they told us there was only one small spot that needed to be cleaned in our basement. They showed us where it was and we told them if it’s just that we’d take care of it. After they left, we checked out the rest of the basement and found out they lied. Toilet waste all over the place around one of the clean outs. Very unprofessional.

Ethan did a great job. He located the leak fixed it quickly and charged a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

Ethan and Andrew fixed my pipes connected to my tub efficiently and where very professional. They were highly skilled and I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing professionals. The price was also very reasonable.

My overall experience was great. Called and spoke with Megan to see about having my furnace looked at because wasn’t working gave me appointment for the next day shortly after that she called me saying was tech already in area and could come over now and look over furnace. Tech arrived and went to it identified the issue and said would have see about getting the parts would call me in the morning. Received phone call next morning from Megan saying tech had the parts and would be over shortly to install. Tech came in and in no time furance was up and running again. Price was good too. Highly recommend them if ever in need of service. 👍🏼👍🏼

If I could give more stars, I would. Meghan was super helpful getting Zach lined up with not much notice. Zach was fantastic. I loved he took a little time to educate me on what work he was going to do. He was efficient, friendly, and did an amazing job fixing our leaking shower. I would highly recommend this company! A++

I was extremely pleased with the plumbing services rendered by Zach who is employed by Action Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. From calling the company to a serviceman showing up.
He was punctual, friendly and very experienced in what he does for a living.
We were experiencing a severe clog in our drain system. He took care of needs right away but not without a lot hard work.
I would highly recommend Zach from Action Plumbing Heating for all your plumbing needs. I would rate him the highest number on a scale 1-5 - a solid 5

Eric and Jake showed up today at 7:30am to install a Mitsubishi 2-Zone Mini-Split in my old Cape home. They were kind, knowledgeable, and got straight to work upon arrival. They finished the entire project by 2:30pm. The equipment looks good and is running smoothly—I'm very impressed. Thank you Keating!

Nathan, Nick and Peter were an awesome team and completed what could've been a potentially difficult repair involving demolition in a couple of rooms. They carefully removed only what was necessary to replace an old built in cast iron pipe. They were professional and very respectful of my home. I also appreciate the thorough clean-up. I highly recommend Keating Plumbing and Heating!

We had Brendan and Pete from Keating Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling out this week to service our propane furnace, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They were not only professional and thorough but also incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the visit. It’s so great to find a team you can truly trust — highly recommend them!

Incredible experience with these fine people. I lost water pressure on a Monday night with a 4 week old baby in the house. I called on Tuesday morning and they had Peter here same day to look at the issue. It ended up being a Pressure Tank and he stayed late to make sure that we would have running water that night for the newborn. There was another part that was bad as well, and Brandon was able to drive a part from Keene at 7PM to the house and they installed it and got everything back up and running. Unbelievably grateful to both of them for not only getting here same day, but for staying until close to 8PM to make sure that we had running water in the house. I couldn't recommend these guys enough, and if you are in the market there is nobody else I would recommend. I will be using Keating for life.

We have used Keating plumbing and heating for several projects. They installed a new heater last year. Yesterday, Peter came and installed a water filter and gave some advice for issues related to the toilets. Excellent service!!! Thank you Peter and thank you Keating for always providing great service!!! Highly recommend!

Matt, the installer who came and ran a new set of ductwork to a porch room, was absolutely great. He was presented with several unforseen obstacles and overcame each of them without so much as a grumble. All smiles and the job is done much better than I would have thought possible. Would recommend Matt and Keating for any hesting and cooling jobs. Will have them replace my furnace next year.

Keating plumbing and heating was installing mini split in my house. The whole experience from the estimate to completion of the work was excellent. Super friendly, customer oriented, efficient, punctual, great communication. Both technicians, Eric and Ricky were very professional, polite, respectful and hard working. When work was finished, everything was beautifully installed, working perfectly and clean. It was a great pleasure to work with Keating plumbing and heating out of Marlborough, NH. Highly recommend!

Heros!! Got my furnace running on a cold night

Absolutely the worst. Clarence Beaudette is attempting to overcharge by 4 times what other plumbers say the job was worth. He relocated a shower drain in an open and exposed floor while our contractor was there and never attempted to communicate with us. No Contract, no estimate, nothing. I was at home depot and he came and went in the time I was gone. Comes back after 7 months (he forgot to bill us apparently) with a crazy bill claiming he was there for 4.5 hours (we say less than 1.5) and charging us for 2 men. if you "have" to work with this guy in an emergency, negotiate beforehand and get it in writing as he's a crook. He'd rather not to talk to you because he feels he can charge anything he wants. We will be fighting him in court to pay a fair cost.

I called them to have a few things done and they never called me back. Disappointed

I am a local resident who called with a plumbing issue on 3/26/2020 at about 3pm. I left a message detailing my problem and respectfully requested a call back by leaving my contact information over their company voicemail. Of course, I was not given the courtesy of a return phone call either that day or in the days that followed. You sure this company deserves a 5 star rating? I definitely do not think so on the back of this poor performance. Needless to say, they are off my list and lost out on a $500 job. Won’t be contacting them again .
