My family has used JOLT for years and they have always been top notch. They work hard to get to you as quick as possible and they think about your situation to diagnose problems and don't just replace parts. They are very competent. The service folks explain everything and talk over options with you. They are very good at what they do.

I took over a commercial food space that needed a lot of work. Eric and his team, especially Troy, exceeded all expectations completely rewiring the space to maximum working capacity. I am 100% certain that my business will be operating safely thanks to Jolt.

Matt resolved the issue with the air handler that was installed last year. (Loose wires evidently). He also diagnosed the problem we were having with an AC condenser unit (failed motor).

Knowledgeable and helpful with understanding my HVAC options to replace my existing system. Price is competitive.

Matthew did a fine job . I observed that he new how to perform the task and answered my questions.

Will not hire again. They left a new install incomplete, wires not connected, thermostats not working, no full system startup to be sure things were working properly, and would not respond to me when i reached out about it. The entire experience was chaotic, completely unprofessional, disorganized, and careless. I had to hire a different company to come in and not only fix things, but COMPLETE THE JOB.

Update: NOT only did I email you about the issues, you simply did not respond. I did speak with the town inspector and even though you checked all his boxes, his job isn't to make sure things like thermostats work properly, or are hooked up properly, or that a full system start up was done. Are you telling me you had no idea there was never a full system start up? The outdoor condenser unit wouldn't even start up. I did however ask the inspector about his experiences with you and said he sights you guys on this a lot. Makes sense, since you FAILED your first inspection and he had to come back out. " had we known".....that's cute.

Update #2 : It was discovered that the reason the system wouldn't work properly is because they didn't install needed components, and used parts that were not compatible with each other. Parts that they charged for were never delivered, never mind installed. This company is literally organized crime. You'll be lucky we don't sue you.

Update#3 : It was discovered by another company that nothing was wired correctly and they used parts that were not compatible.

Brandan was great. He was quick to diagnose the issue and very thorough explaining what needed to be done. Would highly recommend this company and Brandan.

My initial appointment was scheduled for Thursday, but today was extremely hot, so I asked if there was any slot available sooner. Brandon showed up in less than an hour and fixed my A/C unit. I’m very grateful for the quick response and short-notice service.- Catherine

Key was able to send someone out right away after they had made an appt for a week and a half out, really appreciated this as we continue to have an issue with our mini-split (not their fault) Justin arrived on time and spent a good amount of time talking to us and troubleshooting, unfortunately there was a thunderstorm happening and it was late in the day so he wasn't able to finish up and find the issue but said he would come back and help us figure it out. He was very nice, knowledgable and seemed to care. So far this company has been good to deal with despite us still having an issue with our unit.

These guys were great. They troubleshot the problem with my minisplits and fixed appropriately and right away. And economically priced! Even came back to check on continuous working with no extra service call. They deserve more than 5 stars!

When we wanted to convert from an electric stove to a gas stove, we talked with three contractors. Mark and Mike offered the best solution and the best price. When we needed to get rid of our 20+ year old furnace for a new system, they made several suggestions, while two other contractors tried to sell us the moon. They are honest and professional. We need more service providers like Mark and Mike. We highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Innovative Heating and Cooling! Several years ago they helped diagnose a problem created by a different company which saved me thousands of dollars (thankfully, the other company stood by their work and fixed the issue). Mark and Mike are generous with their time and explain how things work without making a first time homeowner feel silly for not knowing how things work. Innovative is now the only company I will use to service my heat pump/mini splits and will be the first I call with any other heating/cooling issues.

Mike is hands-down the most professional service technician and business owner we have come across. He has helped us out on two separate occasions when we had no heat and no hot water. The first time, he dropped what he was doing on a holiday weekend and came out to make sure our family was taken care of. This time (Thanksgiving weekend), he drove over two hours to service us on a Sunday. He is always incredibly positive and is such a breath of fresh air. Because of his level of skill and professionalism, we are going to use them to put a new boiler system in for us. Mike is the type of guy I would trust to work in my home while I was not there. I know he would treat my place with dignity/respect, and would have the integrity to get the job done. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

Mark and his helper came out on an emergency call and I couldn't recommend a better Company. Prompt and professional communication and service.

Saved the day on Thanksgiving weekend. I showed up Thanksgiving day to no heat at my house, with family arriving the next day. Mike had us up & running early the next morning & saved the day. Cant say enough.....

I can't say enough good things about Innovative Heating and Cooling! I called them at 6:30am after I noticed water on the floor from my water heater, 20min larter they showed up, diagnosed and repaired it. Talk about fast service! Highly recommend Innovative Heating and Cooling.

I hired the team from Energy Unlimited to come and install Mini-splits in my home. From the very first call they were responsive, timely, and knowledgable. They showed up when they said, did great work, and charged a very fair price. Mark and the team exceeded me and my families expectations. I would highly recommend their services.

The furnace in a house we just purchased was on borrowed time. I knew it wouldn’t be cheap to replace it but also knew we must. After getting three proposals, the decision made itself. Mark was the most reasonable in price and was straightforward and easy to talk to. The timetable was agreeable and the crew showed up on schedule. They were personable, communicated well and kept me informed of their progress. They made it look easy and were done in two days. The installation is neat and organized and makes sense visibly. They cleaned up, took all the trash and gave the system a thorough test. The system is amazing and my wife and I are thoroughly pleased.

The service and attention to detail that we received from Tom and SN Heating went far beyond our expectations. He provided both expert advice and repair, at very reasonable pricing.
