I had an emergent need for an installation and alteration to a shower. The communication was outstanding and efficient and rapid. We are lucky to have this company. My installer was Spencer and he was personable and professional

They are so prompt. They are personable. Bob the owner will call and make sure jobs are done right. I have an issue I inherited from the previous owner of my house and Bob is going an extra mile to talk to building inspectors. The kindness is not unseen.

Unprofessional and extremely incompetent. Do not use them. They are as bad as it gets. Can’t even fix a leaky tub twice….

These guys were great! I called them to get a second quote and opinion because I felt Paul the Plumber was trying to over charge me. I needed a valve repaired in my shower and Paul the Plumber said they couldn’t repair it and needed to replace it, and quoted me a little over $2000. Bow heating and plumbing was able to repair the existing valve and charged me a little over $350. They were also able to do the work the same day. I also inquired what the cost of replacing the unit would be if we wanted to upgrade the existing unit, and he told me a little over $1000, roughly half of what Paul the Plumber quoted me. If you live in southern New Hampshire area, call these guys for good, honest service and fair prices.

Josh and Mark were awesome to work with. My wife and I were very impressed by their punctuality, job site cleanliness, and the way they kept us in the loop the entire time. Josh structure our boiler repair in a way that kept our hot water on pretty much the entire time which made the process super convenient for our family. After watching the two of them install the system I immediately recognized the pride both Josh and Mark took in their work. That’s been a tough attribute to find in service providers these days. I don’t write many reviews however Comfort Matters provided service that was above expectation and we felt like we got a great value.

I can't say enough about this company! Prompt response to my original inquiry, answered all my questions when stopping by to discuss and later quote me for an install, the install was flawless and meticulous. Josh was great to interact with and Jessica always had quick answers to anything I might think of. I am feeling totally spoiled this summer with our new, whisper quiet mini splits! I especially love how Josh made the exterior of the house look nice and neat and was so mindful of how he put up the duct work. Thank you guys so much!

I had two very old propane furnaces replaced and all of the ductwork in the house redone using a heat pump system and a new high velocity fan coil from Unico.

Despite working with a completely new system, they were able to get it all working well. It took a few hiccups, but they were willing to ensure that it worked. Even going so far as to install additional ductwork for free.

Josh, James and team have my eternal gratitude for their heroic efforts to get this complicated project finished.

Furnace died on a cold New Years Eve and Josh was able to diagnose and repair our furnace within a few hours. Excellent service, very responsive, our first call for any HVAC needs.

My grandfather is 86 years old and on a very hot day his air conditioner decided to die. It was after 3:00 on a Friday afternoon and we had called many places and all were giving us dates two and three weeks out. Upon a quick Google I came across a local man named Steve Berger. I called him and he was able to be at my grandfather's house within an hour,. He performed prompt and courteous service. He treated my grandfather well, and kept communication open with my mother while he was at my grandfather's house. He fixed the problem and left, all within a super timely fashion! My grandfather asked us to save his number so we could use him again in the future. Thanks Steve we all really appreciate everything you did for us today!

Absolute ripoff! This guy charged me $4000 for a $2000 a/c unit, then showed up month later to Install it. He worked about an hour then left because he didn't have a copper connector that he needed. That was over a month ago and still haven't heard from him.

I had to hire another company to install the unit. The work berger did all had to be redone because he was not following the manufacturers recommended procedures for brazing the copper lines. This would have voided my 10 year warranty. He also cut a 3.5 inch hole in my house to pass a 1inch line through. Ridiculous! That also had to be repaired. I have all intentions of taking him to court to recover the cost of paying twice to get this installed. Avoid this loser!

This is an unprofessional man, who doesn't finish a job and is verbally belligerent. I asked him for respect and he showed me none. Berger drilled unnecessary holes into our walls and is now refusing to fix it. He is lazy, rude and miserable to work with.

He doesn't respect the client. He doesn't clean up after himself. He doesn't follow instructions, even when setting-up expensive units. And most of the work he does needs to redone by someone who is actually qualified.

Avoid this man, call anyone else, don't waste your time or money!

Installation went smoothly and unit is working efficiently. I have used my new ductless units just about 24/7 in August and am very comfortable. The units are silent and the outside unit is very quiet as well. Even my electric is down compared to running two removable air conditioners last year that were noisy and didn't cool as well.

Found a real problem on a routine check up. Installed a new boiler the next day..two days before Christmas! Did a great job, cleaned up, and were very respectful of the house. Thanks, Guys!
