LIVE free was on time and point out what we need for our gas boiler the pricing was very reasonable and their Tech Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and did an great job and cleaned the mess.
We plan on use them on a permanent basis.

Brian at Live Free is simply the best! Extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He got our pipes replaced within 2 hours. We have used Live Free to replace our furnace a month ago (extremely satisfied with that service too!) and plumbing today. I can’t recommend them enough. We will be using them again and again! Kason is truly the best. Not only does he answer every time we call for any issue, but he or Connor, show up the same day which is huge when you run a small business! We needed a walk in freezer repair at our catering business- Kason was there on Wednesday to investigate, called me the same day with an estimate and we had the install on Friday. He is meticulous, precise and very knowledgeable. Kason has checked in the last few days to make sure things are still running smoothly and the freezer is doing its job- where can you find better customer service? I know we are a CRS Mechanical customer for life now.

Kason and his company really came through for me when my previous furnace finally broke. They gave me the tough news but worked with me on getting the best product at the best price. They came the *very* next day to install the new furnace for me and moved their schedule around to help me. We hired Kason and his crew to install a mini-split in our new home in 2023. They did such an extraordinary job, that we had them back to install another mini-split in 2024 in our renovated addition. Again - superb workmanship! We had them replace our gas furnace with a new high efficiency model in February of 2025. Not only did they install the furnace, they fixed the door latch to our garage storm door. Way over and above expectations. A true gem of an HVAC contractor. You don't find many like these guys anymore.

We hired CRS Mechancial to replace our old furnace and air conditioner after getting several competitive quotes. They provided the best value with a quality Bosch system that was installed for substantially less than the larger companies.

Kason and the team were fast, professional, friendly, and did a great job with the install. They usually do commercial work, but did a first-rate job for this homeowner. We’ll be calling them for any future HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Me back within minutes he helped me with a BIG problem with a simple solution!
He had walked me through hat I needed to do and I was able to fix it in my own.
But he could have easily came out on an emergency service and made a quick buck. But CRS cares about there customers and community

I cannot recommend Shawn Yule enough. From start to finish, he was incredibly informative, taking the time to walk me through every detail and answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

What stood out most was his attentiveness—he truly listened to what I was looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to my needs. At the same time, he was consistently respectful, never pushy or aggressive, which made the whole process feel genuine and low-pressure.

Zach is an excellent tech. The service is on our generator and he took no time finding the problem and resolving. As he has when we've had a few other issues. We highly recommend them for your generator needs.

This was a plumbing issue. Nick was on time, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. I really appreciate his attention to detail as well. I am very pleased.

The technician that came was amazing and helpful. The only negative part of this encounter was the estimate for the repairs we would have needed, which seemed a bit high according to my research. The technician was good and ended up cutting us a break on refrigerant because although he filled the AC, it did not fix the issue. I found this to be satisfactory and a good show of discretion. I would recommend Derek as a technician based on his professionalism and responsiveness.
