Kyle and Pete are absolutely fantastic! They are family run and operated and are top notch.
They installed a new boiler for us years ago and are now our “go to” people. They are fair priced, trustworthy and incredibly professional.

Good group of guys here Corey and Bob run a good operation. Installed a heat pump for us and we couldn’t be happier!

Bob, one of the gentleman who works at Eastern Heat Pump, had come to our home on behalf of Turn Cycle Solutions to evaluate a possible wine cellar solution. Ultimately, Turn Cycle suggested we work directly with Eastern Heat Pump team and provided a warm hand off email. After several emails and phone calls, I’ve observed Eastern Heat Pump inconsistently respond back to us offering to come start the work, but never provide a quote or put us on the schedule. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, since after several weeks of trying to engage with Bob and Corey, we’ve decided to go an alternate path, but did want to share our experience of inconsistent communication for anyone weary of this and on the market, hence the 3 star rating as I do not want to unfairly judge their work product.

Adam/Coltella Heating & Cooling replaced our outside air conditioning unit and inside coil after our 21 year old system failed - We were very happy with the process from start to finish - The quote was VERY competitive and the install timeline very favorable - Brittany (Adam's wife) was great at responding to all of my emails/questions in a very pleasant and prompt manner - The actual install was seamless - Highly recommend.

Adam and Brittany are awesome! Adam re-did our entire house with a new HVAC several years ago and we continue to be so happy with his work! He comes annually to clean the furnace, and comes quickly when we have anything funky happen with our rather old furnace. When we needed a propane heater installed in the barn to keep us warm this winter, he was our first call. We love Coltella - excellent work, fair pricing, great response and scheduling!

Over a year after the system was installed a random flickering of the power in my home caused an unusual error code, turned my heat off in the middle of the coldest part of the year, this all happening on aSaturday night. I called the owner, Adam, and he was at my house in under an hour and had my system back up and running.

My dad’s furnace broke down in the middle of the 20 degree cold snap and Brittany was able schedule us an emergency appointment in spite of Adam’s already busy schedule. Adam quickly diagnosed the problem and got the heat back on in short order. We are so grateful and impressed with Adam’s expertise and down to earth attitude and cannot say enough great things about our experience. 603 Ductless Mini Splits installed 3 mini split heads and a compressor this summer. The install was quick but not rushed and the work was impeccable. We now have heat and cooling in rooms that needed fans running 24/7. Great company to deal with and no nonsense. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing heating, cooling or both.

We moved to the area in April 2025. We were looking forward to using our new AC system when the heatwave came on in June. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us the Heating/AC system which was brand new with the house wasn't installed correctly and therefore didnt work. I called out to several places in my area to no avail; everyone was scheduling out weeks in advance. We ended up calling Jerry to see if he could help us. He came out a couple of days after we called. He moved the unit to a feasible area around the side of the house, reinstalled the main unit and reworked all of the hoses, wires and fittings. It was a big job, in the high heat and Jerry and his son worked so fast and well together. We had AC finally on the second day. I cant express our appreciation enough. Jerrys a distance away from us but will still be our service provider for the unit and any needs we encounter with it going forward. Fast service, great rates and expert technicians.
