We recently had our pool heat pump replaced by Custom Climates. They were great to work with, particularly Wesley! Installation of the new unit and removal of the old until was performed on schedule, without a hitch. The whole process was easy!

The whole Custom Climates team made the experience from the bid process straight through the installation and follow up service seamless for us this October. Obviously the Mitsubishi product is the best out there and the installation team was thoughtful and respectful to our home and completed the project in the agreed-upon timeline. I highly recommend them to the middle New Hampshire community as a quality service provider.

Expectations vastly exceeded! The crew executed the job in a professional manner in a single day at the quoted cost with no surprises. They were neat and organized and took care to clean the job areas when the work was completed. The installation was done as promised using quality materials and equipment. No problems with the system start-up. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

After meeting with a number of companies – few of whom offered Mitsubishi products at the outset, claiming lack of availability – I went to the Mitsubishi website, and Custom Climates rose to the top for our install of 5 mini-splits. Their approach of helpful service – from obtaining permits to having an in-house electrician and assisting with rebates – was the primary reason we chose them. In addition, the fact that they deal exclusively with Mitsubishi gave us confidence they would be knowledgeable of the products that would suit our needs. The mini-splits were installed within 2 weeks of signing. Our experience with the team who worked on our project was exceptional. Each member, from sales to final installation, was professional, courteous, an expert at their role on the project, meticulous on site, and cared about how the project was put together. The team worked as a cohesive whole, and the result was a neat, clean appearance inside and out. I highly recommend them for any size mini-split installation, big or small. Wesley was very responsive and extremely helpful. He was able to take a look at our old system and talk through all of our options for replacing it with a newer, more efficient one. Him and Leah showed up early and took care of all the work without any issues. The entire process was very positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any work on their HVAC system.

We had a minisplit installed by another plumbing contractor who clearly didnt know what they were doing we called nick , he scheduled us right away reinstalled the unit and had it up a running great service , very professional

Reassurance Plumbing and Heating has helped us with plumbing in a new addition, annual furnace cleaning and several emergencies that have come up unexpectedly. Most recent we found a leak in our basement. Nick Labbe was able to squeeze us in on a busy schedule the next day. He was able to repair in a timely fashion and be on his way. I can't say enough good things about Reassurance Plumbing. I have an old home with an awkward heating system. Nick and his crew were able to bring heat to multiple crawl spaces and for the first time since 1850 the house has full heat coverage. I no longer have to worry about freezing pipes even with the recent sub zero temps. Their prices are fair and the work is excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone with heating and plumbing needs. I'll be using them in the future for a master bed/bath remodel. Thanks so much guys!
