Our furnace started to fail on Friday night at 9PM and Tom from SN Heating & Cooling can out right away. We had to replace the furnace and Tom got the job done in one day. The new furnace is amazing and the house never felt warmer. We had a great experience!

Tom is awesome - super easy to work with, fair, courteous, and knowledgeable. He came out 7:30PM on a Sunday night and fixed the problem with the burner on our furnace in less than an hour, using parts he already had on the truck with him. Exactly the type of experience you want to have working with someone for the first time. A+

Tom was the only heating repair person who was able to get out to my mom’s place in sub zero weather to get her back up and running. Having home stay in touch with me throughout the process while I was halfway across the country was invaluable. I can not recommend him enough.

I’ve done business with this company a few times now.
I was lucky enough to get Joseph again this time ! He is very professional and personable - he explains everything so you can understand it, he was through and he picked up after himself.
I do have to say it was pricey - but Rowell’s comes when they say they’ll be there and they send info of whose coming and when. They stand behind there work - I have never had any work done by them that didn’t last.
I interviewed at least 6 other plumbers, not to mention the ones that didn’t call back or show up. The ones that did, didn’t want to crawl under the trailer or they said they’d get back to me with an estimate and never did.
It was just replacing the heat tape.
It hasn’t been replaced in 8 yrs, it’s not something you can wait and do later. I was given an appointment within a week and it was a good job and I have peace of mind - how much is that worth?
I’m very pleased and will call Rowell’s and Joseph again when I need something done quickly and correctly.

We had quite a septic emergency this weekend and of course in the evening hours. Charline helped us find a service technician in the area and was so helpful in getting us seen right away. Bryce & team showed up within an hour and were unbelievable. So kind and knowledgable and cleared our main line within the hour. We are so grateful for your service and professionalism Bryce. Cody was fantastic and provided a ton of detail on our system. This was the first time we have emptied our tank as it’s a new home to us. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with.

Our 4" main drain froze up while we were away on vacation. We called ROWELL on Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon, 4pm, the two techs arrived. 4 hours later, 8pm, they had cleared 4 drains, about 45 feet total, reset two toilets, all in a professional cleanly manner. The techs seemed to really like their work, no whining, no grousing, just focused on the task and adjusting to the unforseens. It was dark and cold- real cold- and they remained chipper. The lead tech walked us through the billing, they gave us some NH cold weather water line safety tips, and were on their way. Nothing is inexpensive these days, but the price was fair given the emergency, Saturday schedule, and resources mobilized to complete the fix. I will use them again. In this case having the heft of this service provider made this a top to bottom fix with no return visit needed

I have become a new customer of Rowells Services just this year as I was searching for a decent quote to have my septic system pumped. They have the best price fir that service. Therefore I have called upon them for several services since! Not only do they have great prices...they more importantly, have a spectacklar work force. From your initial dealing with office staff to disciss your needs and scheduling to the very friendly experienced technicians they employ as well. I have had three services from them in a short period of time. And I primarily called them because they provide so many services. And I can truly now day they are that they fulfill thier claims of capabilities on all services have received. In fact ...so much so that I just recommended them to my neighbor that has an emergency issue with a house full of visitors. I had recommended Rowells to them before they even had an issue the day the technician drove iout of my driveway after my very first service was fulfilled I was that satisfied with the overall service I had to share the experience. I guess I was that excited they remembered me stressing the satisfaction and just asked who it was that I now have for all of my needs as a homeowner! I will never go elsewhere..

Conner and his teammate (sorry I forgot name!) were excellent. Professional, friendly, easy to communicate the situation with and knowledgeable. Repair was quick and easy but I had enough going on so I called in the pros, and they delivered. I Will be a return customer if I need any maintenance or repair help in the future!

Ben and his crew were extremely professional. They were all very knowledgeable about the scope of the work and I believe they did a great job in explaining and answering all my concerned questions regarding the work they were doing. I also received a call moments after the work was done from Jason who advised me that they were reducing The cost of the job from $13,200-$10,200 because it did not take them as long as they aexpected it to take. I give them a five star rating and would definitely higher than again in the future for any plumbing type services thank you Rowell’s!!

These ppl are great! Had my boiler go down last night, started really rough, they came out next day and cleaned it right up. Very informative and curtious and wanted what was best for me and my family regarding my HVAC. Cant thank you guys enough! I will be calling you back in the future!

Last week my gas furnace shut down on one of the coldest nights of the year. I was in a panic and worried about my pipes freezing. I called the plumbing and heating company, that I have had for the past 5 years. It is a large well known heating company in NH. Their response absolutely floored me! They couldn’t get out to see me for a week, they were booked and had an “oh well that’s life” attitude when I was in tears, not knowing what to do! They told me to call around🫤! I happened to come across Hometown Heating and Air. I called them in a panic. They were SO nice, SO understanding and helpful! They had a technician come out later that day. They diagnosed the problem and my furnace was fixed the following day. No frozen pipes! Andrew the technician was excellent and professional! I now have a new plumbing and heating company, and I could not be happier about it! Hometown Heating and Air is the best! They are professional, thoughtful and experienced. I highly recommend them!

First time ever leaving a review of any kind but needed to leave one after my great experience. I called the morning after our boiler was having issues after running out of oil on a -5 degree night. They responded quickly and squeezed me in and Brian and Will showed up in less 30 minutes and had me up and running in less than an hour. Highly recommend Hometown Heating & Air.

I'm not one to write reviews but this company needs an adda boy! We recently moved up from CT. We used Huckleberry Oil & Propane as they were the service provider on our heating equipment from the previous owners. Moving forward a few years, we were getting our oil from Heatable. When I called Huckleberry for service, they only service appliances if they provide oil & propane too. I get it, it's their policy. After calling around for service and getting outrageous prices I reached out to Hometown. From the initial conversation to the work being completed they were awesome to work with! I highly recommend using this small business and wish them continued success! A+ to ALL involved!

I contacted Noah about a new heat pump install at my cabin. He was extremely helpful in laying out options and giving me general ranges of how much things might cost to help with decision making. Creative and collaborative problem solving is lacking so much these days and was pleasantly surprised by his willingness to find a solution that worked within my budget.

They returned my call the same day and quickly set up a time to assess the situation. I have an older heat system. Not once did they try to talk me out of a repair and/or engage in up-selling. Something I've experienced on more than one occasion. I highly recommend Hometown Heating & Air!
