Our furnace stopped running and Mike came to our rescue. He responded quickly and replaced the parts for us. I highly recommend his service. He was professional and explained what he was doing and what might need to be done. 😊

Mike is a great guy. He always takes care of my projects in a professional timely manner. I would recommend him for any plumbing or heating issues you ever have. He has done alot of work for friends of mine as well. Great company.

I previously was in communication with another company for work that apparently needed to be done on my oil tank. Communication with this previous company was not great and after finally having someone come to look at our tank it was stated that a whole bunch of work now had to be redone and they would be getting back to me with a quote. After a week of not hearing anything I finally had to call the company and ask if they had any information for me and was ultimately told that I now needed to find a new company because they were too busy with their “actual clients” to have time set aside for me.

Not in my happiest mindset I ended up calling M&K Plumbing and Heating. I explained my situation and everything that I had been informed. Communication with Mike was excellent and they were at my house the next week, as that was the date I had selected. They were nothing but professional and educated on whatever needed to be done. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking for work that needs to be done or even regular maintenance. We will be using them from now on for any work and future basic maintenance needed.

M&K replaced my old oil burner a few years ago and I couldn't be happier. Quality workmanship, attention to details, knowledgeable, honesty, and fair pricing all come to mind. I was so impressed with their service that I now use them for all of my plumbing needs! In fact, on the few occasions that I have had to call them for service, they are quick to respond and in some situations, have saved me $ by suggesting alternative solutions. Great team at M&K! I highly recommend them. You won't be dissappointed.

I cannot recommend John Croto from A. Fagundes Plumbing & Heating Inc. highly enough! We recently needed a complex whole-house filtration system installed, and from start to finish, the experience was flawless. This wasn’t a standard "out of the box" job; the setup required significant planning and technical expertise due to the existing layout of our plumbing. John approached the challenge with incredible diligence, mapping out the installation carefully to ensure everything was perfectly integrated. Despite the high complexity of the project, the work was performed with impressive efficiency. Prior to that we also needed water heater installation. All staff from A. Fagundes Plumbing & Heating were quick, tidy, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Their customer service was fantastic. They handled all of my questions with patience and a great attitude, taking the time to explain everything.

First time using Fagundes for a service and I'm impressed. Instead of contacting my previous maintenance company I wanted to give Fagundes a try since I've seen their vehicles in my condo complex.
I got an AC maintenance and signed up for their comfort club. The tech explained everything and even cleaned a part of the outside facing unit.
He had pictures for everything and their price is significantly lower with more services offered than the prior company. I will continue using Fagundes in the future.

They saved the day! Our hot water heater unexpectedly needed replacing and based on a quick google search and their reviews, I called them during a chaotic morning. They came out same day, in a timely manner and went over options on replacing the item. They worked, cleanly and efficiently and they aren’t overpriced. I would highly recommend Fagundes and would absolutely use them again!

This is my 3rd time using Fagundes Plumbing & Heating. They have done great work the previous 2 times. Today I had John Croto as my Plumbing Technician and he was great. He provided me an upfront cost and the type of work he was going to perform based on my requirements and plumbing needs. He was great talking with and he explained all of his work upon completion. I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents, who don't have a Google account, to share how impressed they were with the services they received from James Harvey (technician at A. Fagundes).

James replaced a three-way valve on their Navien system, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair clearly. The work was done efficiently and correctly and everything has been working perfectly since.

They were extremely pleased with James' expertise and professionalism and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing/HVAC service.

Eddie has been coming to our house for several years now to take care of the annual maintenance on our heating system and our central AC system. He is always pleasant, efficient, and makes time for any questions we have. Highly recommend!

Jimmy from Fagundes Plumbing came out and saved our day! He pulled of a major job using the Snake tbroughout plumbing area and cleared the pipes. Very nice and helpful attitude. Hard worker and infact he went out of his way to get the job done he was clear on the process that had to be done since I live in Florida he had to juggle my sister that lives in the home, my husband who knows the plumbing specifics of the home, as well as myself (we live in Florida)by phone. Fagundes also made everything go seamless from authorizing the contract To hiring the right man for the job great communication with everyone involved. Thank you, Jimmy and and Fagundes Plumbing

John the Technician was clean and professional and did a great job. I asked alot of questions and he answered each one slowly and patiently so that I understood. Thank-you very much John for your expert service and kindness.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Derry Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism—honest, punctual, and dedicated to completing the work efficiently and correctly. We required immediate work on our boiler system, and the work was completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Derry Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for their reliability and quality workmanship.

Service Technicians, Duvall and Ethan, were prompt, polite, professional, and helpful in resolving the issue with my water softener. They also wrote up my paperwork accurately.

The only suggestion I have for Derry Plumbing and Heating is to require your service technicians to put on waterproof shoe/boot covers when arriving into a customer's home. That way the techs don't track in water, ice, pebbles, etc. onto a customer's flooring.

This is especially helpful during the winter months with snow/ice/rock salt on walkways/driveways. Also good during the rainy spring season. Thank you!

I wish I could give this company TEN stars, they are PHENOMINAL! Recently, we were without heat for 7 days in negative degree weather. Our oil company did not want to deliver oil because they thought our tank was compromised. This caused a burst water pipe, which we hired Derry Plumbing and Heating to repair. They promptly came out and fixed the pipe. While we had no oil, they returned with some diesel and got our furnace up and running again. Working with the owner, Dave, he clearly cared and was concerned we were without heat for so long. He stepped in and worked directly with our oil company to ensure we got a fill. Just today, Adam from DPH came out to get the last of our hot water baseboards up and running. He took the time to teach me how to inspect the baseboards, showing me exactly where to feel for heat to ensure they were working correctly. I cannot give higher praise to Dave and his team for going above and beyond helping us in this crisis. Each person we worked with was professional, friendly, and very good at what they do. Thank you for the care and service you provided us.

I had Eric and Shawn come out and work on my bathroom for an emergency leak. They were quick, professional, and personable with resolving my problem. I would recommend Derry Plumbing and Heating if you have any issues with the your plumbing or HVAC

When our hot water heater stopped working the day after Thanksgiving, we contacted Derry P&H to replace it. They came right out - that day - and hooked us up with a temporary hot water so that we were functional until the installation could be scheduled. Yesterday, Eric and Ethan were here at 8:00 AM sharp, and performed the installation quickly and professionally. They even laid down drop cloths so our floors didn't get dirty. We recommend Derry P&H - they're wonderful!

Derry Plumbing and Heating was excellent to work with. I had some old cast iron piping in the basement that was starting to weep and leak. Steve came out and gave a quote that was much higher than anticipated. But this was the only company’s quote that included putting my only bathroom back together at the end of the project. And getting it all done in one day. Steve gave me all the options for funding and the company honored the quote even after the stated expiration date when it took me a little longer to get approved. The office staff made sure the contract was accurate after I decided to keep my existing vanity. On the day of the job, Eric called ahead and let me know what time they would arrive. Eric, Duvall and Shawn arrived on time, kept a neat workspace, cleaned up after, kept me informed of progress and roadblocks, finished on time despite roadblocks (old house challenges), tested everything and made sure I was happy before they left. Nice team. Good work.

We had a situation under the basement kitchen sink in the In-Law kitchen. My Tech just left and I couldn’t wait to say thank you to Dave and the Team for the quick emergency response on a Sunday. Tyler was amazing, professional and clearly experienced. I felt so confident as soon as he started laying out the options. I will be scheduling the rest of the recommendations he made immediately. I will definitely be requesting him for the job and will wait until he is available. He spoke very highly of the company and insisted that all the other Tech’s are wonderful as well. This was also the only company to show any sense of urgency. Thank you again and I hope this review serves your business well.

We had an issue with our heating and I called Ferris Plumbing and HVAC and they helped us out. From the first call to completion. So nice, came right on time, walked me through that few steps and cleaned the system and we have heat! So very nice clean (even put on those bootie covers before entering the house) so nice and so polite. The office staff so kind took down all information and went out of way to get guys over to help us out even for early morning hours. Thank you Dan and his helper, job well done! Jen Sweeney
