I had a Lowe’s delivery of a washer dryer and they found a leak so they turned around and left and frantic response. I called Ferris Plumbing And Heating and spoke to Kayleigh in the office -Kaylee was extremely sympathetic and responsive, and immediately dispatched a highly qualified and professional technician named Nick.
NICK came to my house, identified and then addressed the problem immediately
Fixed it. Very fair very professional I highly recommend this company for any plumbing.

Trevor and his team were absolutely amazing!!! Super respectful and very personable when we had questions. Also, their price was incredibly fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them over any other company here in the southern NH area.

Jonah was great in braving the weather and getting to us to restore the heat and hot water in our house. He was so polite and explained what was going on as he fixed our boiler. So thankful to him and Ferris for answering the call when we were in need and look forward to having the back here to maintain our boiler and fix future issues with our heating system. Called 1st thing this morning at 7am and by 1:30pm my 8.5 year old hot water tank was replaced. Both Trevor and Pablo did an amazing job and were extremely polite and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Nick came out on a Saturday and saved the day in a snow storm! His work was clean and speedy. Life saver for our family! Thank you Nick and Ferris plumbing!

Our hot water heater went out right before the snow storm. Ferris had an appointment set and a technician out the door the next morning and had us up and running in a few hours. Nick Lortie did an incredible job and had a great attitude and explained stuff to us as new home owners. Highly recommend! Before and After photos included.

If you need service for either plumbing heating & air I cannot recommend Ferris Plumbing & HVAC enough!!! Came and performed service with less then 24 hour notice let me know when they were on there way showed up on time respected the area they were working in! Two very friendly guys that did an amazing job installing my brand new water heater! Thanks so much from me and Kevin! P.s they also love dogs which was awesome with my black lab being at home! Called a couple of times, left messages with no response. Then made a request via their website. They responded via email saying they can’t help while not really explaining why . I can’t believe they are a preferred Rinnai service provider!

They came the next day and repaired my propane monitor. Grear job and price was reasonable. Will recommend them. Also been in bussiness for 40 years. Very experienced. Merry Christmas🎅

Ray is very responsive to phone calls and emails, and I knew on the day that he came by to give us an estimate on installing new gas piping and a gas range that it would be a pleasure doing business with him.

Ray and his son are fast, efficient, and their quality is second to none. When they checked out our basement to plan the work for gas piping, they were quick to spot our leaking electric water tank, which I had planned on replacing with a tankless gas-powered water heater sometime in the future. In a down-to-earth, non-salesy way, Ray helped me understand the life expectancy of an already leaking tank which put into perspective the sense of urgency I was lacking on replacing the tank. Then, Ray broke down for me the estimated cost the inefficient, leaking electric water heater was costing me per month versus what the tankless gas-powered water heater would cost, not to mention the energy star rebate I hadn't even considered. The savings on my electric bill will basically pay for the new water heater. Long story short, they were able to come back within a week and get all the work done on the same day, and I couldn't be happier.

My next project is to replace my old oil furnace with a natural gas furnace, and the only call I plan to make is to DeFosses Plumbing & Heating. Thanks Ray!

Ray DeFosses installed the plumbing for our new home (over a year ago). We've contacted Ray several times with questions and minor issues. Ray has always been very responsive, professional, and very friendly. Recently, we had a frozen drainage line from our humidifier and weren't sure if it was a plumbing problem or an HVAC problem. We left a message with Ray and our HVAC contractor, and although Ray knew it was an HVAC issue from our description, he contacted us immediately. Ray provided a simple yet comprehensive solution for eliminating scale buildup within plumbing lines and fixtures. Ray rates at the top of all subcontractors we've dealt with. We've received nothing for this review, but took the time to write this as Ray deserves the recognition.

My water heater control unit decided to give up on life Wednesday morning. I called Ray, he came over and checked it out just a few hours later.

After determining that it was in fact the control unit, Ray took the time to research whether anyone made a compatible unit (the original maker is out of business, and the tank is 10+ years old) and gave me reasonable options.

I ended up going with a Rinnai tankless system, which Ray got installed on Friday, 48 hours after my initial call.

We are thrilled with every aspect of our new (propane) heaters, but we are particularly grateful for the responsiveness and professionalism of the DeFosses at every stage. The initial site visit was extremely thorough and informative, yet every time I had a follow-up question (or 10!), Ray responded right away and spent as long as necessary walking me through the workings of the mechanism or the logic of the venting or the rationale for the placement to make sure every concern was addressed. The installation itself was performed expertly, with professionalism, and without delay. Afterward, having taken note of when the propane company was coming to install the tanks and activate the heaters, Ray called the next day to make sure all was in order. Moreover, he had been absolutely right about everything.

We are delighted with our new heating system and amazed and grateful for the wonderful customer service.

Today we were plagued with a complete failure of our 15+Yr old Goodman furnace. I highly and vehemently recommend this HVAC company; they were EXCEPTIONAL- start to finish.

Jolt Electric and HVAC (Eric Gibbons) was EXTREMELY fast to call me back, meet up and he jumped in with a sense of urgency by calling suppliers right on the spot to identify what inventory was available. We had immediate and well-informed options along with a highly seasoned team of professionals to call into action. I didn't feel the knee-jerk reaction rush to get our heat back on with whatever same options we had existing.

Eric was extremely consultative, he helped create a pause in my racing mind and his expertise was thoughtful as we helped us evaluate the options like single and two stage systems and better filter set up for our family home. Rates were market competitive.

Once I said: "OK, Lets move forward with this option:
He disappeared for moment to assemble his team. In what seemed like only a short amount of time, I had his team of experts onsite working in unison with each other. Just as I was starting to feel the real cold come about, our new system was being fired up along with cleaning up like they were never ever here, broom sweep.

A+ and 10/10, would hire again and will absolutely recommend to everyone in need. This experience overall was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL.

Highly recommend Jolt - Eric and his guys will save you in a pinch, prioritize something you need done and make happen something you want done. They’ve earned our repeat business for sure.

We recently had our furnace replaced, and our entire furnace room redesigned by Jolt, and we couldn’t be happier. I’m very thankful for Erik and his team coming out minutes after I called them to help with a leak we were having! They were very supportive and got the job done in no time!

Highly recommend for any service needed. We had our furnace go down around 7 o’clock at night, they had a service team at the house the following morning who diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue, and had heat up and running within a few hours. Jolt Electric could not have been more accommodating. They had a cancellation and called me to perform a preventative maintenance on my AC unit. I neglected my unit so it needed some cleaning and attention. They did a great job and educated me along the way! Would highly recommend their services!!!
