What an amazing company! The whole staff is incredibly nice as well as knowledgeable and they will work with you for whatever you need. In a heating emergency after a snow storm, I called a few companies and they were the only ones who answered the phone and I’m so happy they did! Heather is an absolute sweetheart, Jordan is fantastic for calling us to explain things, and Will is so polite and an absolute champ for battling our boiler issues - plus he made quick friends with our dog! We just moved here and I’m so happy we found a reliable and honest company we can turn to. Thank you, Hometown!

Our home was in desperate need of a new boiler and hot water tank, and the dining room needed new baseboard heaters entirely because they burst after a cold snap last Winter. Jordan and his team were a pleasure to work with. They set up a new manifold for the dining room to take some pressure off the existing manifold heating the rest of the house. All the new piping looks clean and efficiently laid out. We are very pleased to have our 25+ year old slimline-style baseboard in the dining room replaced as well!

This company is consistently the best. Called this morning and said it was OK if the tech didn't want to come out due to the active snowstorm. Receptionist confirmed that the tech was not worried and was happy to still come out.
Technician was very knowledgeable and very polite. Replaced my expansion tank on my furnace and did a tune up in a couple of hours.

I found my hot water not working unexpectedly and the very next day I got to meet Andy from 2k earth! Andy was very knowledgeable and able to fix my hot water system extremely fast and I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised with how affordable the repair was! I will absolutely be contacting 2k Earth heat and water if I run Into any future problems! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Zack and Andy. They came out and discussed what would work better for our needs and Andi gave us a couple of options and we were able to choose what was better for us. When they came out to do the job they were extremely professional. The area was cleaned up well and I would recommend them to anyone in the future. I would like to thank Andy for taking the time to listen to what was most important to us and making it happen thank you!

Andy and his crew did an excellent job installing our new air-source heat pumps. He carefully listened to our needs and recommended a plan that exceeded our expectations. The work was completed in a very professional way with great attention to detail. The real test came this weekend during a near zero cold snap. Without any help from the woodstove, the house stayed comfortable at 70 degrees.

Before service: broken, worn-out heat pump. After visit: new, working heat pump. With those results, I can't complain. They know what they're doing, so it went smoothly.

It’s been a couple of weeks since Andy and his team installed a new Fujitsu heat pump mini-split system for us. With the wacky weather since, we’ve made use of the cool, heat, dry, and fan modes and it’s all run great.

Andy was great to work with, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and supports veterans.

Looking forward to our next upgrade.

I have a geothermal heating and air conditioning unit that quit earlier this spring. The company that installed the unit seems to refuse to want to come do repairs on it. Lakes Region did exactly what they said they were going to do they showed up exactly when they're said they were going to actually earlier than I figured. The technician was courteous kind neat and seem to know what he was doing had the unit up and running within a few minutes although it was a minor problem I appreciate there work ethic. Thanks Lakes Region I am now enrolled in there twice a year service program thank you

I've been using Lakes Region for almost 10 years and their staff and service has been fantastic. We elected to do the twice-a-year preventative maintenance plan, so they discover and resolve problems before there's a crisis. Highly recommended.

Eric showed up when he was suppose to. I was very impressed with Eric's knowledge of the HVAC system and he was very detailed and took time to explain to me several maintenance items. It was obvious to me Lakes Region Heating and Air have a very customer friendly culture.

Recently my hvac system quit of course hottest weather and worse yet my wife was having g surgery and would be laid up at home for next 2 weeks. I explained to Mindy my situation . I know it’s busiest part of season. Mindy got me scheduled and the great techs got to my house assessed situation and Will got me up and running day before my wife came home from hospital. Sam at Lakes Region HVAC was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and offered competitive pricing. Lakes Region HVAC installed a minisplit for me at the tail end of summer (as I needed it more for heat in the winter than anything). Their team helped me choose a unit, explained my choices, and installed it without a hassle. Everyone I spoke to was professional and clearly an expert in their craft. Highly recommend.

In addition, a few months after the minisplit install, I had an issue with my forced hot water baseboards in the upper floor of my house overheating. At 10pm at night I sent Lakes Region HVAC an email explaining my issue, and I got a call at 9:30am the next morning. Chad from LR HVAC talked me through some possible causes, and explained that typically they aren't involved in the oil servicing business and instructed me to try the oil company -- but he also told me that "if they can't help you, call us back and we'll do whatever we can to help."

Really great customer service, and that means a lot these days. You can't go wrong with these guys! 10/10

I have been a customer of Bow Plumbing & Heating for six or seven years. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of their work and, in emergencies, their response time. Plumbers are always willing to explain what they are doing, why and what they have found. When contacting the office regarding scheduling or billing the staff is always knowledgeable and pleasant. A great company to work with

Called them on a Saturday couldn't bother calling me back. This company sucks!!! They put in a water heater in 2018 and it is leaking all over my cellar. No expansion tank was installed(on them). Never will I use these idiots again.
