This company was recommended to me and, after getting a couple of quotes, i ended up going with them. They were FANTASTIC. Phone service first class, Mike and the install team first class, knowledgeable and straight talking. I had a couple of questions after the install, and both times they came out that day to answer them - so helpful. You really can't get better service. So rare in this day and age. You won't be disappointed

After getting multiple quotes to replace our failing system, we decided to go with the Card Family. Mike showed us what our options were and gave us an honest opinion if its worth the money. Months later after the install, our system shut down in the middle of the night (at no fault of Card Heating and Cooling). Mike drove to our house at 1 am with heaters and fixed the issue in minutes. Fast forward about a year, our thermostat was having issues (manufacturer problem). They came out within an hour on a holiday weekend and fixed the issue. If your looking for a family business that really cares about their customers, Card Heating & Cooling is it! Would give them more stars if I could. 10/10 Recommended!!!

I had a mitsubishi hyperheat multisplit installed by Card and they were great throughout the process. Local, small family owned business and so I felt like their interest is longer-term and local compared to some of the bigger HVAC companies around. Their quote was fair, they had attention to detail throughout the install, and were patient with my many questions. I'll be a repeat customer if I have more needs in the future around town.

Fast, friendly, efficient, & professional. Card replaced my aged boiler & beat hot water tank with a brand-new NTI boiler/water heater combo unit, & MAN what a difference! They had the whole job done in a day's work & the end result is like a major upgrade to the circulatory system of my home. The new copper pipework is like a work of art in my utility room! A family member, who's done plenty of plumbing in his day, took one look at the pipework & his reaction was literally, "That is absolutely spectacular." They even played with my dog! :)

Bill and Dave were outstanding to work with. They identified my air conditioning issue immediately (the capacitor), replaced it and we had cool air again in 40 minutes. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will keep their number for any HVAC issues in the future. Thank you!

Bill did an excellent job. His crew installed a mini split for us in our condo in the loft. We also had in hook up 3 heads at our home.

Bill and his crew serviced our Mitsubishi mini splits today. They performed a complete evaluation, explained options for proceeding, and promptly performed the work. I really appreciate the transparency and honesty. I definitely recommend HVAC Integration.

HVAC Integration was able to respond to my furnace breaking down within 6 hours of contact and on the eve of the coldest days of the winter.

My old hot air furnace was removed and the new one was installed all within 36 hours. Bill was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and timely with getting my issues fixed. He also communicated every step along the way to keep me updated. My house is warmer now than it has ever been.

I will DEFINITELY be using this company again. 5 stars.

We had a new pool heater delivered this year that had to be installed. We called several plumbers, and everyone was booked out or didn’t get back to us. Bill at HVAC integration was awesome. He said he would squeeze us in, and he did. He ordered the parts needed after his first visit. He was swamped at work the Friday before Memorial Day, and called to tell me he would come by and finish the next day (a Saturday on a holiday weekend). He did not have to do that, but he came and my family can enjoy the new heater now without waiting until July

Bill and his team are fantastic! Great service and follow through!! I highly recommend Bill and his team for anything HVAC related. He showed up when promised and made sure the job was finished. It was a lot more than he expected, but he and his son were up to the task and did a wonderful job. Thanks, Bill!

Bill has been servicing our older pool heater the past couple of years and has been responsive and thorough in his work. He provides explanations of the work required and offers options if available. When we decided to install a new pool heater, Bill was able to deliver and install the same day (for an event 24 hours later). We have also had a great experience with HVAC Integrations for maintenance on our mini split ac/heater units. We recommend HVAC Integration for any service due to their professionalism and quality.

Bill and his sons/team are amazing. They came to install two mini splits in my home and ran into some issues (with the space, not their fault) but were quick to find a solution and finished the job in the same day. They are all knowledgeable, very friendly and professional and I recommend them to everyone I know who needs service. My Daikin mini splits are amazing and I don't know how I lived without them. I had 3 a/c units installed at my house and 2 at my office by these guys. They had no issues with the installation. The problem is they will not service them once installed. They say they don’t have any technicians available to service and that it will be weeks if not months to get service. They won’t schedule it and just say someone will call it tech happens to be free in your area. So we have one a/c unit currently not working that they won’t service.

I had Seeley Plumbing Heating install a geothermal unit in 2011 the install was great no problems with the install or the quality of the product or work. Then came time to service the unit. The refuse to service what they install. Keep telling me they had no one to send they were too busy. Now mind yoy this is a Geothermal so it wasn't a run of the mill HVAC and was not cheep. Gave them over two months to respond. When I asked to speak with the owner on two occasions they told me he was on vacation. Had to have another company come repair the unit.

We had Miles from Fagudes Plumbing Heating AC out to fix our AC and check thermostats.He was so professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained everything he was doing and why in easy terms. He was neat and wore booties to protect carpets whenever inside.I would definitely request Miles in the future because he goes above and beyond. We have also used Fagudes for large installations and all the technicians were also superb.I definitely recommend Fagundes PHAC.

They were able to come out within 24 hours of my initial call to service my tankless water heater. The tech was very professional, showed up on time, and was very easy to talk to while he was here. I would hire them again.

Steven and Bauer installed a new water heater in my home. I have never seen such a professional job. I am adding photos of what they did. Steven is an artist in plumbing and Bauer ran the ventilation. What a great Company and two Technicians are the best I have ever seen.
