Jerry does excellent and swift work. My furnace needed a repair and he came right out and fixed it at a great price. I would highly recommend him for all of your HVAC needs.

If you want your mini split system planned, designed and installed to perfection, I recommend you use 603 Mini Splits. The crew is professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of your property during the installation process. They don’t rush…they do it right. We could not be happier with our 36K Hyper Heat system (4 heads, 3,000 sq. ft. home.) They are also expert plumbers, so keep them in mind for those projects too (they quickly resolved a plumbing issue for us.)

Saturday night call for gas leak at home. Technician arrived quickly, repaired the leak, and was friendly and knowledgeable. Also advised me on how to repair a broken circulator pump. Very professional.

Thinking of having AGS do work in your home? Let me review the plumbing/HVAC work they did in our new house in 2005: 1. They installed two older Lennox A/C systems that used R-22, knowing it would be banned within the next few years. The Lennox rep thought they were older systems they had lying around their warehouse. Owner Ken Jaeger told me not to worry, people in NH don't use A/C very often anyway; 2. They installed a small, inferior well tank and incorrect well pump that needed to be replaced; 3. They installed a Rinnai tankless water heater that was replaced this month that the installer said was older than the time it was originally installed, another warehouse lay-around; 4. They placed the Rinnai at the furthest point away from where the water was needed. Nothing like waiting 10 minutes to take a shower; 5. They incorrectly installed outdoor sillcocks, one which was angled into the basement that later froze and burst, another where they compromised the integrity of a parallam by notching it; 6. They placed the boiler on wood rather than a raised concrete or block pad; 7. They vented the boiler exhaust and intake so close to each other that the PVC pipe started to melt. The foam they used also started to burn. Three contractors told us we were very lucky a major fire didn't break out in the cavity. All this was done to maximize their profit margin and/or because they didn't know what they were doing.You had better watch them closely, ask lots of questions, and check out the equipment they sell you - that's if you want to take a chance.

We own a cabin in Antrim. AGS has been instrumental in keeping that cabin working. They have helped in is many way related to seasonal opening and closing, offered great advice, and helped us with systems aside from HVAC. The office answers the phone (a miracle today), and the Techs, usually Jason, are all highly skilled, and very upbeat. When I told Jason about a looming issue by cell phone, he said, "I'm on my way and I'm gonna make it work. Don't worry." Over many visits AGS has ALWAYS been on time, and the tech calls when he is on the way. Without exception, the price is always fair and well worth every penny.

The temperatures outside were well below zero and the heat exchanger in my tankless hot water heater froze and ruptured (this was on a Sunday). The model I had was a Bosch GWH 635 ES, and aside from the rather dramatic failure I had always found this model to be terrible... it was maintenance prone, difficult to service and the activation threshold was high (so I had to take scalding showers).

I contacted AGS Services and was able to get them to come in and replace my unit with a Rinnai RL75 in just a couple days. I was especially grateful for the quick service since (according to the news) most plumbers have been flat out with no heat calls and ruptured pipes due to the extremely cold temperatures. Furthermore the price they gave me was fair, I think it was the same price I'd have paid to do the work as a scheduled job (not emergency).

AGS helped us replace our old hot water heater, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Everyone we spoke with was super friendly and helpful, and they made the whole process easy. They explained our options clearly, didn’t try to upsell us on anything, and got us scheduled quickly.

On the day of the install, the technicians showed up right on time, were really professional, and respectful of our home. They did a clean job and made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. It’s been working perfectly ever since—no issues at all, and we’re so happy to have reliable hot water again!

Excellent, excellent service. I would recommend you to anyone needing work done on their heating. In our case our 30 year old furnace was in such bad shape it was no longer safe to use it. The technician ordered us a very efficient new furnace and we love it. There is such a difference in its ability to heat the house and its efficient use of heating oil.

I was in need of a central A/C replacement. I had a two companies I knew of and have always gotten 3-4 estimates. I was looking for another. So I just did a google search. I read some reviews and decided to get an estimate.
James got in touch with-in the hour, scheduled a time to look at the job, and I received confirmation by text of when he was arriving. He does have a communication system that lets you know your appointment through out the whole project. When you call you get someone.
He quoted the job, he reviewed the quote with me over the phone, he answered all my questions, and he was given the job.
His work was clean, he’s respectful of your house, is a professional, and you can tell he likes doing this work.
He didn’t upsell me anything, he sized my system to my square footage, and he has his own 3 year warranty along with the manufacturer’s 10 year.
I’m sure not every job is smooth, and not every person is easy to work with. He earned this 5 star review.

I went with Jim for my cooling needs. I got 4 quotes, and he was the second cheapest. I ended up going with Jim because he seems to really care for his customers and does exceptional work. After he gave me an estimate he spent 1 hour with me over the phone talking about how everything works. I used my AC for the first time today and it blows ice cold. Turns out all the other companies that wanted to give me new ductwork, a new furnace, bigger tonnage unit, etc, were just trying to make more money off of me. I definitely will be using Jim in the future for anything related to heating/ cooling

Jim installed our furnace and did an excellent job! We had received several quotes and decided to choose Homestead based on fair pricing, knowledge, Jim's trustworthy personality and the fact that Homestead is Veteran owned. He was personable, patient throughout our extensive questioning and we could tell that he truly cared for all of his customers. Jim didn't try to up-sell us on needless items and he was honest about work that could provide potential risks (which no one else was honest about). He had solutions to avoid certain risks and demonstrated great problem solving skills as well as attention to detail. Jim worked efficiently and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. We ran into a billing issue at the end of the project (we used the wrong credit card, totally our fault) and he fixed it effortlessly, leaving us without worry. We are so happy that we chose Homestead!

Very happy with work, price was reasonable. He worked quietly efficiently and noticed significant improvement in heat in our home. We have propane fuel in our home the original installers had it hooked up wrong. Homestead noticed problem corrected it and will be scheduling appointment to update heating service related to initial problem. Highly recommend Homestead to anyone needing work done on their furnaces.

I could not be happier with this company! Marc the owner is all about customer satisfaction. He has been my go to heating guy for a few years. Recently, I needed a new furnace and it was so easy to get financing from his company. It took just minutes to find out that I actually could afford this expense. The previous company that installed my old furnace did not do it correctly. There were lots of problems that Marc did not hesitate to fix along the way. He even stayed at my house until 5:00 am to try to get everything in working order and I could have a hot shower. I have NEVER encountered a company like this before. I called Mark for a second opinion after having another local company give me a quote for a ductless Mitsubishi air conditioning system, which involved 2 units, one in our bedroom and one in our living room. I was quite surprised at the initial quote. As it turns out, the first company gave me a quote using a split system, which is what I was looking for. Unfortunately, after Mark spoke with the distributing company, I found out that the system proposed did not qualify for the Rebate offered by the electric company. I would have been pretty upset. Mark designed a system that was 2 separate units, more powerful, that qualified for the rebate, for less cost.

The project ran into a couple of issues due to the fact that Mark wanted it to look the best. The plan changed from the initial idea, and ultimately, the project came out great. He mounted the units in the back of my house, then ran everything through my basement to the front of my house. I do not have unsightly units in the front, and the units are protected under my deck. Even though this decision added a considerable amount of time to the project, Mark and his team worked very hard to complete the project for me.

Ultimately, I am very happy with the results. It was worth the extra time needed. Mark did not change his initial quote to me. He is a stand up guy, is honest, and he stands behind his work. I appreciate all of the effort that he put into this project, and the system that he installed is working great.

Completely incompetent, I hired Space Kraft LLC owned by Marc A Morette (Lic#GFE0700940) May 9th 2016 to install a Forced Air heating/cooling(Propane with Heat pump backup) unit in my Under construction home. As the home was a complete gut and rebuild Mr Morette had full ability to design the unit to fit the needs of the 2,500 sq ft space. In Oct the system was completed and failed to heat the home property. Of the following 2-3 month Mr Morette can back many times adjusting the system. A dual zone was set up for an additional cost and dampers added. Still the house would not heat properly with a 10-15 degree difference from the 1st floor to the 2nd. Jan Mr Morette stated he felt he had done all that he could and would not work on it any further. Since that time I had 2 other HVAC installers look at the system and have been informed that the poor and incorrect workmanship is a danger and must be completely removed. 1.The TX Valve was incorrectly installed (see attached pictures) and all the coolent leaked out which caused damage to the Heat pump. 2.The Heat pump was installed 6 inches from the propane value. The entire system has over 50 airleaks including CO Exhaust.
