Had kind of an emergency with a hot water tank at a house I was getting ready to sell. I live out of the area, was concerned about getting someone to look at it. Called Bains, he was there within an hour and fixed the problem. Excellent service!!

Baines came out the same day I called. I thought I just had a broken valve, but had frozen pipes too.😕 Garret was great and very patient and kind. I still have to call Bain's back out to fix the valve (after my pipes thaw out), and I look forward to doing business with them, when I get my metal pipes chsnged out to the newer plastic color coded pipes.

These people saved my house closing and I can’t say too many great things! Basement flooded on the morning of my closing appointment. Had to reschedule the closing but Bains came out and sorted out the problem and fixed it in record time! We were going to back out of the purchase if it weren’t for these amazing people! Patty in the office kept me in the loop and everyone was so professional and friendly! Glad to know we have them here in our small community! If you’re looking for plumbers (and heating and air) these are definitely your people!!

This morning, the two Technicians came first thing… our Boiler had gone out over the weekend.

Dennis is a wonderful guy to work with. I was having problems with my garbage disposal. I gave him a call and he took the time to walk me through some things that could be causing the problem. Gave me one more suggestion and said if that didn't work to call for an appt. That did the trick and I was able to pull out an old fashioned pop can opener that had become lodged behind the disposal. Didn't even charge me for the advice.

Under no circumstances should you use this shop if you value strong unions. This contractor regularly uses unqualified electrical apprentices working alone as stand-in journeyman/foreman. Under local 233 and the Montana Electrical Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee, no apprentice is allowed to work alone before 4 years and 4 weeks of training. Any apprentice working alone before this accrued time is a major safety concern not only to themselves but also to others around them. Apprentices before this time are also unable to make the judgment that the work they performed is up to state code and done correctly. As of the time of this review, 12/14/2024 West Electric does not employ any such electrical apprentices that are at the 4 year 4 week milestone and actively uses their apprentices as journeyman/foreman.
Edit - as of two months ago local 233's buiseness agent Jackie McBroom rated 5/5. (Assumingly boosting the ratings) Jackie McBroom was knowingly complacent in these breeches of safety and professionalism. Further exasperating the issues within local 233.

West Electric installed a mini split air conditioning system in my home and accomplished it in just a few days. The men were very professional, explained their work in a way I could understand. Most importantly they stayed within their bid, no surprises. Thank you West Electric!

Came out after we had a blown capacitor on our well pump, they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed very fast. Had them back for a furnace checkup and they came out the same day. Highly Recommend.

I wish I could give a 10 star review. I could write a book of the amazing customer service that I have received from West. Had a boiler go out and they came in and installed a temporary water heater until the new boiler came in.
Had a water leak later and they came within 30 minutes after I called on a Friday afternoon. Long story short, they stayed until 9pm and get the leak fixed and got all
the water out before they left.
Everyone that I have had contact with has been professional and has been more than accommodating.
Amazing customer service and they will be go to for any future needs.

Priced out mini splits and ther price beat all of the other estimates. They were efficient, pleasant and timely with installation and have had no issues in the two years I have had them.

Our office building had new HVAC units installed and when one of them failed they were responsive in getting to the work immediately and restoring heat.

My husband and I highly recommend Claudio and his team for any HVAC installations or repairs! We had an incredible experience working with them. They installed mini-splits for my parents, and the work was flawless, neat, and highly efficient. On top of that, Claudio helped us install our new Nest thermostats, ensuring everything was perfectly configured and running smoothly. Claudio is professional, knowledgeable, and reliable, and his office manager, Michelle, was incredibly responsive and got us scheduled quickly. If you need any HVAC work done, I cannot recommend him and his team enough!
