I am very pleased with the service Summit Air provided! I hired them to come relocate a dryer exhaust vent & add a new bathroom exhaust fan for a basement remodel my business is performing. They were able to complete this in just one day & were priced fairly for this project. I will certainly be working with them on future remodels!

Superior Heating saves the day. Installed new furnace and ducts when we upgraded and keep it running smoothly. Everyone is efficient, reliable, honest, and knowledgeable, as professionals should be. Their work is excellent and sound.

Great experience. Received email notifications throughout the whole process. The owner himself installed the unit and was very professional. A service technician came later to make adjustments to the new furnace and was also very professional and friendly. I would recommend. As a retired Military Veteran, I know bad customer service and will not tolerate bad service. I had estimates from 2 other companies and one of the companies took some photos and measurements and was gone in 5 minutes. That company did not explain anything. Superior took the time to explain different options available. Their name says it all Superior.

During their busiest season I had two fixes on an aging heating system. Next day service on the first call and within a week on the second—totally reasonable for a non-crisis situation in October! Service was excellent, courteous, and fairly priced—as always. Thanks, Superior!

They replaced our boiler and gas water heater with a new Alta High Efficiency boiler and Hot water on demand. I love it! They also did massive plumbing for us to get rid of the spider web of pipes, and bring our plumbing up to code. (At our request) their work was superior. The job took 3 days and they keep everything picked up and cleaned each day. They were very professional and their customer service was friendly. They listened to what we wanted, and made it happen! I would refer them to all my friends and family.

Our boiler on our rental went out in the middle of winter, Seth got to it right away, and had everything back up and running with no problems and no drama!

Superior Heating in Helena, MT is the best! We have had some issues with the original brand of a boiler/tankless water heater. They 100% made it right again and installed a brand new one for us. They stand by their products and service, and their prices are reasonable.

It was a big job that, from my perspective, went very smoothly. There was not a time when I felt uninformed; their communication system, from text to email to in-person, is top-notch. And the quality of work can’t be beat!

Dontae and Albert came on time - discovered that our old garbage disposal was leaking (plumbers are good at finding water} sold & installed a new one and installed our RO faucet - which was the original purpose of the appointment - cleaned everything up and ventured on to the next water problem. Try to get the east neighbor with Russian Olive trees to let you trim a few branches so drivers on 8th Ave can see all of your sign - these trees make a great frame for the sign - just a little trimming!

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! They came out last night within an hour of calling! It was after hours and they worked in the snow to clear our main water line. They were so nice and had us fixed so quickly. And on top of that, the prices were very reasonable! I cant say it enough, we appreciate them so very much!! Phyliss and Stacie

The office staff is very polite and always friendly. The technician that came out to my house was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about his job. I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing and heating issues that you may have.

I don’t very often write reviews but in this case I will make an exception. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to address a very slow leak under our 5 year old home. The appointment was for today. We’ve confirmed that appointment twice via email at Kindreds request. We’ve been waiting all day for the plumber because Kindred can’t tell you what time they will arrive, just the day. I just received a call to inform us the appointment was cancelled. Kindred wants to reschedule us for two weeks from today. When I asked why, I was told that they had “bigger jobs that were already sold”. I was blown away by what I consider some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Literally a last minute cancellation for a leaking pipe and now the next availability is two more weeks. I was told there was no management I could talk to and I’m left praying this leak stays small so we don’t have a catastrophic failure in the next two weeks. Beware Great Falls. Kindred Plumbing is not a company you can depend on.

I was very pleased with the quick response and service from all of the representatives from Kindred Plumbing & Heating. John came out the very first day shortly after we called with no heat as I had recently purchased the home in Belt, MT. He spent the entire day assessing the needs that should be updated to have the most efficient system for our new home. He and other technicians were out here for 3 days upgrading the heat system as needed and installed central air for next summer. They were all very professional and hard workers and completed the job in a timely manner. They were all very professional and friendly. Thank you Kindred Crew from the Johnsons

Kindred Plumbing provided an estimate for my home warranty claim after two other local companies declined. Their service technicians demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout the process. The scope of work included A/C repair, comprehensive ventilation cleaning, air purification system installation, and a complete bathroom renovation with tile and new fixtures. All services were performed to a high standard, and each technician exhibited exceptional professionalism. I am highly satisfied with their customer service and would strongly recommend Kindred Plumbing for residential needs.

Miller Mechanical was fast & wonderful to work with on getting our gas lines hooked up for range & fireplace in our Reno. We used Miller mechanical to install heater in our garage & most recently to replace our hot water heater after being out of hot water for a day. He was very responsive & respectful. Gets tge job done fast & very reasonably priced. Thank-you Dave.

I am thoroughly impressed with Dave's professionalism and responsiveness! He was very informative about what it would take to complete the project, listened to my concerns, and offered up reasonable solutions. I am very pleased with the work he performed on my heating system and fully intend to hire him for future projects.

Dave was notified the day before that my hot water heater went out, by my landlord, Great Falls was out of stock on the one he was looking at and went above and beyond to go to Helena to pick it up and installed it on a Saturday. Dave is extremely professional, good manners and respect full. The change out went quickly, if I need anything done for plumping or heat he’s the one I will call. Thank you Dave
