Bolerjack and Sons were great about coming out and giving me an estimate, and quickly following up with a speedy furnace replacement. Their price was about $600 less than the other estimate I received, and my new furnace has been working great since installation.

Professional, efficient, and great work! I didn't have time to hang up my mini split indoor/outdoor unit before my appointment, but they were quick to adjust their plans to meet the install I needed. Both of the guys were easy to work with, just a quick point out of what I had and where I wanted it to land before they made quick work of it. I'll be sure to go through this company for future maintenance and installations, as well as recommend them around my workplace! 😁

Professional service. I am legally disabled and unable to do many things for myself. These guys came into my home. They were polite and professional. The work was done very fast. They installed a water heater and complete furnace system and they even built on to it so I could have the heat in all rooms of the house. It only took 2 days and they cleaned up before they left. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you Lewis heating and plumbing! A+

If you don't live in Havre proper don't bother. They claimed to work outside of Havre and a tech would only be a few days. I called a week later and asked how much longer they said another week. Not acceptable to LIE to customers. 2 weeks is a lot different than a few days when your furnace is down.

So amazing, kind, respectful and helpful. The woman that does the phones is always so helpful and gets back to you in a timely manner. We had Austin help us and he went above and beyond and was so polite and amazing will definitely be giving more business in the future.

These folks are fantastic, no need to look elsewhere. Service, professionalism, communication, follow-through, empathy -- best in class. I had to make a claim with a home warranty company for a replacement furnace (avoid American Home Shield like the plague) and Jared went above and beyond. He spoke with them multiple times successfully explaining the situation and why AHS is responsible for reimbursing the claim. Emily and Bri were equally amazing!

Corey & Martin were nothing short of amazing. Polite, kind, respectful and a joy to have in my home while they installed the AC unit. Superior performance from beginning to end. All started with their receptionist Brianna. She was courteous,knowledgeable , and compassionate . Next Chris our estimator was excellent in all fields. Went above and beyond his duties to make sure everything was in order. Last but not least the installers Dennis and Liam Q were on time , neat , courteous and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Their prices were by far the lowest and superior products. As a Veteran they made sure I was given a discount.I would highly recommend Monarch Heating and Aire! They treat you like family!!

Our furnace went down overnight, and Monarch was able to get us scheduled first thing the next morning. Lucas called on his way over and was very professional, taking the time to explain what was going on and how it would be fixed. When it became clear a replacement might be needed, his colleague Chris stopped by and clearly walked me through the options. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.

I was very happy with the service I received. Brett was very professional. I received multiple texts before during and after the service. I strongly recommend Monarch Heating and Cooling. They installed AC in my existing forced hot air furnace. They were prompt and completed the install in 1 day as they promised. Very happy with the whole process from estimate to finished product.

I'm pleased with my service from Monarch. The service coordinator, Emily, was thorough and helpful and patient with all my questions. Technician Sam did a great job over 2.5 days of AC install-punctual, worked hard, answered all my questions-all in all, a good experience.

Monarch is a 5 star business. My first experience with them. Called Friday morning and Cody was here by 11am to fix an AC issue. Cody was great and definitely knew his stuff. I called these guys on Tuesday in the middle of a heat wave, when they had to be super busy, after waiting almost a week for another outfit that never did show up. They had a technician at my house at 9:00 the next morning, and he got my AC running in under an hour.
