Great company and great owner. I have had Cedric fix my furnace twice and he has also fixed my sister's furnace. He is very knowledgeable, quick and an all around great guy. I highly recommend Melton HVAC.

Cedric is one of few repair people I trust in my home. He was recommended by my medical provider. Any out of pocket funds I've had to pay that my Home Serve insurance won't pay has been extremely reasonable. That helps a lot seeing as I'm physically impaired and live off of whatever our government throws me.
The other HVAC companies here have been nice to me and fair as well. I just get that courtesy Montana used to be well-known for whenever I need assistance with my A/C and heat system. Cedric is a keeper. Always kind and a gentleman. I highly recommend him.

We had an after hours service call. From the time I made the call to when the service tech arrived was 20 minutes. Amazing! He had the furnace up and running in no time. Thank you for your prompt service. Very grateful!

Graybeals did a great job taking care of the appliance issues I was having with my washer. They had to order a part which I expected, and as soon as it came in, they called and scheduled a time to come out to fix it. Everything went smooth, and everyone at Graybeals was very friendly and informative.

The service tech was a joy to deal with and explained things in terms I understood. The dispatcher was extremely communicative and kept me posted each step of the way when the first tech was delayed. They sent a second tech to keep me from waiting. Very pleased with Graybeals All Service. Thanks.

These guys are horrible to deal with. Service tech came by in November 2020 to fix a radiator, said he needed to order parts. Months go by and nothing, call several times and get a runaround. This Spring finally get ahold of someone, the parts got washed away in the flood. Okay, sorry to hear that please reorder and call me. Talked with the original service tech today, he says the radiator can't be fixed. so, lied to for 2 years and learn yesterday that they have turned my bill over to collections and Diana the office manager hangs up on me. This business is a joke. These people are awful. Call anybody else, really, anybody else. Just don't call Graybeal's All Service!!

From start to finish Graybeal's did excellent work in the instalation of a new central A/C and heating system in our existing house. Jay, the owner, communicated everything to us in simple, easy to understand terms and came in on-time and for the price he quoted. His crew was top-notch, punctual with a courtesy call 15 minutes before their arrival, treated our home with respect and always cleaned up after themselves. They were likes Elves! I will always use Graybeal's in the future and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a true professional. Thanks to everybody in the office too!

Graybeal's came and did a furnace and full duct work replacement. The previous homeowner did a homeowner special and the duct work was a mess and furnace undersized. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Recently had a radon installer in the crawl space and they unprompted mentioned how good the ductwork looked and that it was obvious the installer cared about the work they did.

Fast and accurate service in a pinch. These guys are great!

Terrible ans overpriced! Quoted me for 2 days worth of work because they would have yo do digging in my dirt basement. They did less than 6 hours worth of work and ZERO digging. When we called to ask that rhey adjust thier cost becauase they didnt do the work they said they had to he refused to and said we agreed to that amount when they quoted us. Ended up paying $5000 for a $700 furnace

Frontier and their professionals are great. They have done several installs and do maintenance for my business: heating, cooling, freezer, exhaust hood, ice machine, compressors and air handler for kitchen. Their service is exceptional and dependable.

AC issue, came the same day, so nice, fixed it and walked me through my requested upgrade plans for next year.

Okay guys, I was new to town after being gone 23 years and I bought a house built in 1962. After about a year, to the date infact. The ac quit working. My hubby replaced a couple things and eventually everything just quit working. We had called out a repairman to come take a look and he said we needed a relay, so he ordered us one. Three weeks later we still did not have ac nor had we heard from this man. It was pretty dang hot and I wasn't willing to wait any longer. After asking around I found out about Frontier and gave them a call. Thank Goodness I did because they got right out and got us a quote and returned within a short amount of time and got it all installed. Kendra was the one answering the phone and getting Wayne out to see us. Thank you Kendra and Thank you Wayne. We could not be more pleased with your caring and professional demeanor's. The service was great. We just really appreciate you. Look-if you are needing ac or heating work done' don't hesitate to give them a call. Heater went out and needed a new circuit board. That was Friday. Monday it was fixed because that part needed ordered. When I called Friday morning they were at the house within 20 minutes to look at it. I was very happy with the service and price. I attached a photo of the old circuit board.

Our furnace motor burnt out and they came to fix it the same day I called them. Great costumer service! I would recommend them to someone looking for furnace repair.
