Our Carrier unit kept shutting off unexpectedly. Heating and Air identified a failing capacitor as the root cause. After replacing capacitor and checking connections, they also topped off with 410a refrigerant recharge. The small issue was solved without replacing the entire system. Staff was great at walking us through the fix. Price was reasonable and the unit now runs smoothly. Great problem solvers.

I recently had my Furnace act up, And Dale Schaeffer, the owner of “The Cool Zone” Had installed my furnace about 4 1/2 years ago and so when my furnace started acting up a week and half ago, I called him up and he came down took a look at it ordered the part that was necessary, got it up running and working for me. We've been having issues with our furnace for over two years and have had others come to look with no luck on a solution. Dale came in the freezing cold temps (-40°F), took one look and found the solution to our furnace not heating during cold temperatures. He's very reliable, quick and affordable! With all of the quirks with our old heating system it came with some interesting troubleshooting but they were able to flawlessly install the new furnace. Just in time before the weather turns! Dale at The Cool Zone is the best in the business. I have called and used his service at least 3 times in the last 11 years. He gets back to you quickly. He knows specifications and is always trying to repair/fix your problems the right way, the first time. He doesn't cut corners and checks on you to ensure the job is done correctly. Update -- After our 20 + year old furnace stopped working in May Dale and his crew gave us a fair estimate and timely installation schedule. We waited until October to have the new furnace installed. The Cool Zone had it installed and running in less than a week. Could not be happier with Dale and his crew.

These guys were great! We will absolutely be calling them for any future work needed on our furnace. We had an issue late on a Friday night, gave them a call on Saturday morning and they came out to take a look and help us out within an hour. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

After dealing with copper City sheet metal for 3 months with no call back, and unanswered calls. I went with the cool zone. They came within ten minutes and got my heat going again within an hr! My grandson’s furnace quit working and it’s winter. He called several businesses and could not reach anyone. I told him I would call also. I got ahold of Dale with Cool Zone. He answered promptly and showed up quickly. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The furnace is going, the house is warm and the price can’t be beat. Thank you Dale!

I cannot recommend The Cool Zone enough! Our furnace went out last week, and the next day they checked it. Some parts needed to be replaced, so they ordered them immediately. The workmanship was top-notch, and it’s clear they are true experts in the field. What impressed me most was the price. Extremely fair and minimal compared to what I expected and compared to other contractors I inquired before them. They are reliable, professional, and locally available. A pressure setting went off on my Lennox furnace—most likely my own doing. I made a call and was able to schedule a quick appointment. Storm was very informative, patient, and delivered great customer service. Overall, a very positive experience.

Storm was incredibly professional and courteous. All Season was the second group we asked to give us a quote. The first group said it would be a very large/expensive job and would include replacing most of our coolant line. Storm presented a solution which got our system up and running that day. He didn't try to upsell us and focused on a solution that fit our families needs. I would definitely recommend him to others and will call them back if we have any problems in the future!

I called to get an estimate to install a split AC unit and after further discussion I was informed an estimate would be included for both a split AC unit and also for a new install for central air. I know I will be getting one or the other I just don’t’t know which one. Peder who came to look at my house was very courteous and professional and was in and out in no time and he was here within 30 minutes from the time I initially made my call I am very pleased with the service to date. And I first called Kent who has done work for mom in the past and he provided the office phone # and said Kari? (The gal who works in the office would take care of my needs. And she did, she called Peder then called me bank informed me that he was in Cutbank and would be stopping by my mother’s house next. Next thing I know he was here. Great service and customer awareness.

They kept us informed about the progress of each project along the way so there were no surprises, and the pricing was fair and reasonable for the quality we received.

The workmanship is top notch. When they replaced our furnace inducer motor, they noticed the heat sensor was dirty and cleaned it without us even asking, which really shows their attention to detail. Brayden, the technician who handled the repair, was personable, thorough, and immediately understood what the issue was, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

They also recommended and installed a high quality gas heater in our garage. They took the time to run and install the gas lines, explained any issues they ran into and just did a bang up job with the install in general.

Mike is awesome! Very responsive. He was onsite within the hour and got my son's furnace up and running. I highly recommend and will definately use again!

We called Mike after using another company in town and having no success. He immediately diagnosed the issue with our furnace, took the time to explain it to me and my husband and showed us what was wrong. Since the issue was irreparable and we needed a new furnace Ridgeline took care to ensure we were given as prompt as possible service, lent us space heaters in the interim, and checked in after the installation. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Called Ellen Marie with a furnace that wouldn't turn on during a cold snap, she was responsive and kept me up to date with timeline for Mike to be able to come and repair my furnace. Mike was there that day and got my heat working. He kept returning to help keep it on until a part the furnace needed was ordered. Throughout needing a new part and replacing vents, Mike ensured my house kept warm and gave reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company.

My parents' furnace quit working in the middle of the night when it was -30 degrees. My dad called Ridgeline and Mike was there by 9 am. He said he'd already had 32 calls so far that morning. Oh, it was a Saturday morning, and he was still out in the brutal cold getting people fixed back up.
He determined the issue and said they stopped making that unit and parts could be hard to get. He got the furnace working, but said he'd have to look around his shop to see if he could find the new part. He was back later in the day with the new part and got it all fixed up and running. He even reached out the next day to check to see if everything was working ok. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Ridgeline!
