Called Ridgeline Heating and Cooling on 01/28/25, they answered, and sent someone out right away that day. He Looked at it, of course i needed a new one, went belly up. It was 50 years old, hard to get parts, lasted a lifetime almost. They had a brand new one installed very next day, had heat by 2pm. At 1 below zero that night, I was very thankful to get it so quick and with such great service. I called 4 other places previously, left messages, and no call back.. I can't say enough about Ridgline. Thank you Ridgline Heating staff , easy to work with and very friendly and thank you Mike Coates! Great job! Great Service, Highly recommend! 5 star!

Absolutely amazing! We had another company come out twice without any luck fixing our furnace. They told us that we needed a part that cost $350 and that they weren’t sure it would even fix the issue. Ridgeline came out to our house and within 5 minutes knew what was wrong. They fixed it very quickly and replaced a pipe that was leaking all over. Will never go to anyone else from now on. Thank you!

Dan was very prompt in taking my call and scheduling a furnace servicing. Was willing to invoice me since it was for my rental and I live out of town. Great and very affordable service. Highly recommend!

Greg came by first thing in the morning, right on time. He was friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and gave me a great education on how my furnace works, the best way to keep it running efficiently and how to read the error codes which we may encounter in the future. In less than one hour, we had heat in our home again after two years of using space heaters out of fear that a furnace repair would cost an arm and a leg. THANK YOU ALL VALLEY! This winter will be MUCH more comfortable.

Had an issue with one of our heat pumps today and thus no AC. Called this morning and they were able to fit us in the same day and get it back up and running. Wes and Sherry were awesome - will be using them going forward for all of our heating/cooling work.

A couple of months ago, Kyle came to my home to work on my AC. It is an older unit and needed a cleaning and recharge. He was so very nice and professional, explained what he was doing and what he could not do for this unit. It has worked better than it has in years I looked at it the other day and the cleaning he gave the outside looks so good. I had some work done the year before by another company and because the refrigerant used for the older units may not be available in the future, all they would do for me was tell me I needed a new unit. Kyle made sure to tell me he would come back next year and if it was leaking he would take care of that. Thank you All Valley and especially Kyle, you are an asset to the company.

I woke up to no heat during frigid winter weather and no other heat source. A call to All Valley resulted in a repairman at my door in less than an hour. He performed a quick fix and returned the next morning with a replacement part. Very nice, professional and truly a lifesaver! I use them for my furnace maintenance every fall. I highly recommend this company.

God Bless All Valley Heating! They are so great and we go to them for all our heating needs. Last year they installed a new furnace and did it in a very timely fashion. When our hot water heater went down I knew just who to call. Anthony did a fantastic job as always and was very professional and really kind. Great to work with, very professional. Heating system went down during the cold weather. Dan was able to get a new one installed within a couple of weeks. The service Tech was Anthony who was very knowledgeable & great to work with. I have used All valley several times in the past few years & they have consistently done a great job.

I called at 9am with a chilly house and broken furnace and Jason squeezed me in and had it fixed within the hour. The woman who answered the phone in the office was very kind and personable. I'm never calling anyone else! Thank you for such great service!

This company was great to work with. The gentlemen that came to install my hot water heater and furnace were efficient and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves well. The customer service from the office and the guys in the field was outstanding.

I've used Nelson Comfort Solutions twice now. My parents have used them as well. I would highly recommend them. Travis comes out to evaluate the situation. Then they send out a technician to come out and fix the problem. They are very professional and the pricing is affordable. Call them today if you have any problems!

I had Nelson Comfort Solutions install a new furnace and a/c unit in our house and it is working great! These guys are very easy to work with and they got the job done quick. They also have great follow up service to make sure things are still working great. Highly recommended!
