I have been in this trade for well over 20 years and at times it’s frustrating training the younger generation. I have had the pleasure to work with our young apprentice Xandon for a year now, he is dedicated to learning the trade, invests in the tools required for his craft, is always on time, and ready for any challenge the day might bring him. Xandon is an outstanding worker, which now a days can be hard to find. Keep up the great work Xandon I am proud of you!

I scheduled a duct cleaning following the routine inspection a few weeks ago. I was shown how dirty and dusty the ductwork was following my build-out of the basement. Not something I wanted my family to breathe! Adam called this morning with an opening, and Luke and Matthew were here shortly after. The guys did a great job and took care of a return duct that was flexing also. I’m very happy with the service they provided today (and previously). Grizzly Air is my go-to for HVAC. I appreciate the care they show in keeping the areas clean and informing me of what tasks they were accomplishing. If you need heating and air conditioning work, you won’t be disappointed in the service Grizzly Air offers.

Brennan H&C has always offered top notch service and installation! If we've ever had problems they are there promptly to service the equipment. They have always been professional! I would highly recommend this business!!

When it comes to HVAC, you get what you pay for. Brennan H&C have installed a new construction furnace, as well as AC units in the same new construction, and my existing house - all the way in Bozeman. Tried to find a qualified and competent company in Bozeman and Kalispell, and they seem to be partially trained and marginally competent compared to the school trained guys that this company has employed. Would I use them again - hell yes. If they were local here in Bozeman, I would have them do our semi-annual maintenance on my organization's building. Keep up the great work. (Oh, and they also put in a new furnace and A/C unit at my folks house in GF, as well as an overhead garage heater. Flawless). Do your homework and you will find out why they are so good. I'm not willing to pay for work that continually needs "maintenance" because the first 3 guys didn't know what they were doing (which has happened here in Bozeman).

Great, super nice, rapid customer service from local family owned business. AC broke in the midst of a couple weeks of 90F+ heat (compressor went out on old R22 unit); they came out to bid the repair and had me back up and running with new AC unit installed the next day. Would call them again, no question.

I had them install a air conditioning unit for our home and it only stays charged for one year. I’ve paid them $1000’s to recharge the unit and they dont stand behind any work. They say its normal to have all the fittings leak every year. Terrible buisness.

I had major water damage in the house with the existing furnace being submerged. Pat came right over to inspect the issue. He was so wonderful and very nice to work with! The next morning Chad was over to install a new furnace and air conditioner and to repair the ducting that was damaged. They were absolutely fantastic! It was one of the best experiences considering the circumstances and they will always be my go to from this point on!

I have used Brennan at both our store and at home to service our Heat and AC systems for over 25 years. Staff is knowledgeable and personable. They have serviced our roof system when it was -10. The tech was a Popsicle when done but he got our heat going! Fairly priced and reliable. I appreciate the good work.

Came home after work to find out our AC had gone out. Called Brennan H/C and Billy went out of his way after hours to come over to try to get it working. It wasn't a quick easy, fix so they came out next morning with the parts they needed and got it working! Great Service! Would Highly recommend anyone that wants local, quality work.

I Called and spoke with Pat about a garage heater install. He made time for me just a few minutes, and he followed me to the garage. Pat only asked a few questions, like where did I want it, and anything special on the vent. Straight up the wall and out the back of the garage. Wow, that is what he did, and it is great. They even used cluck that matches the sideing. I am very happy with the job and workmanship. Excellent work.

We recently purchased a manufactured home and found that one side of the home wasn't heating as well as the other half. Called Mike with 1st call Heating to investigate. Mike identified the issue within minutes and we discussed remedy. Will use him again.

When the Texas heat hit like a furnace last summer, our old Carrier unit completely gave out. I called Heating and Air in a panic and they responded right away. The tech diagnosed a refrigerant leak and handled the fixing refrigerant leak carrier unit perfectly. He also did a 410a refrigerant recharge. The staff was great, explaining everything calmly while I worried about my family’s comfort. Price was reasonable too. Now our home feels like a sanctuary again I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!

During peak summer our Carrier started leaking refrigerant everywhere. Heating and Air came through with fixing refrigerant leak carrier unit plus a solid 410a refrigerant recharge. Tech explained the process clearly. Staff was great and price was reasonable. House cooled down fast. No more sticky humidity.

Last month the Ac stopped spinning in our attic unit at San Jose. Called Heating and Air and the tech arrived prepared. Story of the day he diagnosed it, did changing fan motor on the spot and tested everything twice. We talked about old systems while he worked. Now it’s whisper quiet. Price was reasonable for such thorough work. Happy ending to a stressful morning.

My old R22 system was on its last legs until Heating and Air handled the r22 recharge and full tune up. They also replaced a bad capacitor while there. Felt like they breathed new life into it. Price was reasonable and staff was great very honest. Running better than expected.
