These guys are amazing. I kept calling around and everyone ignored me. These guys were like "be there in 20 minutes". My heater became a gremlin and these guys were still like "no worries, we'll figure it out." Highly recommend any time any day.

Nick was very responsive and easy to work with. We got a bid, equipment ordered and our AC installed all very quickly. He was extremely honest and up front and did a wonderful job. I HIGHLY recommend Nick with Copper City Sheet metal!

These guys rock! Nick came out and gave me options for a new gas furnace as well as some gas piping for a gas range. VERY reasonably priced and quality products. We discussed options for a gas furnace in my garage. He knows his stuff. The installers were great, efficient, answered questions, showed me how it worked. Overall a great experience. I wish everyone did business the way this company does. 5 stars is not enough!!

Our company used B & B heating for a job and we regret it. We had trouble getting them to respond when called, so we ended up calling another company also. Finally B & B showed up and diagnosed a problem and told us they fixed it. Within 2 or 3 days the AC unit would not work again. Another company was called out and had to replace the entire unit because it was burned up. We paid 1900 cash for the new unit and were very pleased with that company. Several weeks later we received a bill from B & B for the supposed repair. When we approached them and wanted to discuss the issue and seek a compromise on the bill we experienced complete disrespect and resistance. The company was rude to my property manager and me. They refused to own any of the problem and would not even consider reducing the bill or meeting us in the middle. During the discussions, they ran the competing company down and indicated that they were not a reputable company. We were left feeling very disrespected and cheated. I have instructed my property manager never to have B & B come to any of my properties again. He agreed and went further by saying that he would never use them again for any of the properties he manages for other owners either. It would have gone a long way for them to have shown some empathy toward our situation. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right”? I would have gladly compromised and paid half the bill and walked away feeling understood and respected. I can't with good conscience recommend a company to friends if they leave me feeling that they cheat people and have no ethics. I will pay the entire bill because it's a legal debt and it's the right thing to do; however, I will never forget how they left us feeling after our transaction with them.

B & B has been our go to HVAC Company for many years. There is none better in Great Falls in our opinion. They know what they are doing and the prices are fair. Had several Heating Units installed and we are very happy with their products and service. 5 Stars!!!!!!! Robert and Monica Branch

Very professional. I have had them over to repair an old furnace and when it was time, I selected them to install a new one. No pressure, good work, goes the extra bit to make sure things are better than ever. Helps with the little things. I didn't hear,"not my job". Great and awesome crew, highly recommend them.

The crew was professional and friendly and, so far as I can tell, they did a great job installing the system. My only complaint is a lack of communication. The removal of our old ac unit ended up costing us an additional $600. While I am partly to blame because I never got the removal in writing as part of the original job, I wish I would have been told the extra cost was going to be added before they came and removed the unit. That being said, I'd use B&B again, just get the entire job in writing before work begins.

I was concerned about my old home furnace making an odd noise just as the latest snow and cold weather hit. Charlie sent Riley out to my place right away, and he quickly addressed the problem. I plan to have them back to do more work for me in the spring. I highly recommend B&B. They are my go-to HVAC solution!

The owner came out at the drop of a hat. Had the most competitive quote. Very nice, respectful, and professional. Turns out I had a different hvac issue on top of a furnace replacement. The gentleman called me back the next day to check and make sure everything was working as it should. Works wonderfully. Happy with the service. Will use again!

Couldn't have dealt with a better bunch of people. Very knowledgeable and quick to help you out. So instead of sending somebody out they told me you're right over the phone what to look for and was able to deal with it right away low-cost and very reasonable prices on the parts. We just moved to our new house in Deer Lodge and called for a service appointment before the cold weather hits. They were out the next day. While checking our furnace, the technician found a couple of water leaks, which we were able to have quickly resolved the next day. A big shout out for quick and helpful service.

The gentlemen that fixed my heater was very respectful and professional and was able to answer all my questions and he always kept me updated with everything, and I love that he is very well mannered, I would recommend him, if the world had more people like him, the world would be a lot better place to live.
