Northern Heating and Cooling is the BEST!! My furnace was not warming my house at all (woke up to thermostat at 58° but was set at 75° and was 15° outside). I called Northern Heating and Cooling and they were able to service the furnace same day!! The technician got the furnace doing what it is supposed to do!! And my house is now warm. THANK YOU

Top notch service from Christen this year (‘25), who just did an annual service on my Goodman central air conditioning unit last Friday. This service was also very reasonably priced. I’ll be calling on them again for next year’s service! And sincere thanks to their office manager Nicole! (All very friendly folks!)

Had an issue with my propane furnace. They came out and figured out the problem very quickly. In and out in 30 minutes!

The crew at TCHC did an awesome job installing a new HVAC system at my 30 year old house. New Heat pump, furnace, and ductwork for a two level house with a partially finished basement.

Called in crisis!! Had called another company 3 times over the previous 4 weeks and they just kept pushing us back on the schedule, not to mention the SAME company had been the ones who had originally “fixed” the furnace to begin with: they did not fix it AT ALL but had no problem charging over $400. Once Tri Electric got my call they had Sid here within the hour. It was -16 outside and we had NO heat. Sid called as he was on his way, arrived and was very professional, fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and although he could’ve said awful things about the previous company’s technician, didnt(I did!!) Very affordable and job WELL DONE!!! Will NEVER use anyone else for our heating, cooling and even some electrical and plumbing needs. Oh, and their filters are half the price of anywhere else!! Doing maintenance for more than one business around town, I run into more than the average amount of hvac related issues. Be it a PTAC, ice machine, rooftop ac unit, refrigeration condensers or various other things, we always call Tom Jones and he always shows up and gets our issue taken care of. In a very professional manner might I add. I very highly recommend him. He gives you good service at a very reasonable price and is knowledgeable in his field. Hvac issue? Call Tom.
