Ben has been our refrigeration savior on several occasions over the past several years. We have three refrigerated ocean containers where we keep frozen beef. All are different styles and brands of refrigeration units and Ben has diagnosed and corrected problems promptly in every instance. We are so lucky to have him in the area.

Cross Winds Heating and Cooling took care of a very problematic furnace issue before a big freeze in short order with great communication. I am a pleased customer.

I can't speak highly enough of the quality of service that Cross Winds Heating and Cooling has provided. Ben is a person I trust 100% and has my best interest in mind in the work he has done for me. I had him install two furnaces and two air conditioners. They have worked flawlessly and are much better than the 20 year old units they replaced. The cost savings on the monthly electric bill has been significant.

Ben and the other gentleman he had with him were great!! They were able to get me on their schedule quickly during a busy time. When they showed up they were very nice and professional and knowledgeable and were able to fix my AC very quickly as they had the needed parts on their truck. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for any heating and cooling needs!!

We were stuck. End of the gravel road recent snow and no furnace. We’d tried what we knew but could not stop the short cycle and temps in home in low 50s. We called and they happen to be not too far away. Ben had worked in our remote area and he came right away and fixed our issue and we bought some extra parts for the next issue that could happen with an older furnace. Thanks for you help! Would definitely recommend this firm!

After being avoided and not returning my calls, they had 5 minute “evaluation” then vacuumed 5 of the 10 floor vents without even wiping the cleaner out to “remedy” the damage mice had done to the venting system. Therefore, I was still unable to use the furnace heat all winter. My understanding is that mouse urination, deification, and death with the heat ducts is extremely hazardous and beyond putrid stink.
Not at all recommended especially after they charged $349.00!

We are extremely happy with the communication and service. I called last fall, our furnace wasn’t working . They showed up within an hour and had the problems fixed quickly. Their charge was very reasonable.

My old heater quit right when you'd expect it to...right when it got cold. They were prompt and courteous, and made the necessary repairs quickly (that morning) and for a very reasonable price. I will always contact R&D for my heating needs, and gladly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I am so impressed with R&D. My heater went out and I called at 6:30am and left a message; I got a return call by 7:45am and the job was done by 9am. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient answering all of my questions. When my 50-year-old heater finally dies, as is expected, they will absolutely have my business.

I love these guys. They are very responsive and professional. I have had numerous emergencies and they are always quick to respond and helpful! Even when my "emergency" was needing to replace battery on thermostat they were there and able to guide me in what to do. When my fireplace was leaking gas, they caught this and replaced the unit quickly. They are very reasonable as far as cost as well. Very thankful to have them in the community.

Have used the Summit team for several things around our house. They installed a heat pump which has been fabulous and they recently put in a garage heater for us. Everyone has been so wonderful to work with, very quick to respond, and helpful with getting everything dialed in!

Friendly and helpful staff. Work was done in approximately 30 minutes for fireplace cleaning and maintenance. I also needed a pilot knob replaced.
