I recently collaborated with one of the owners, Garrett, on a project in Laplace. He does outstanding work and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. As a contractor, you are only as good as your subs, and Garrett/Big Cheif’s A/C and Heating is absolutely top-notch.

Anthony with Big Chiefs told me he would be at my house in one hour he got there in 45min.
He diagnosed the problem with my AC in 5 minutes! Fixed the problem and my ac is running great. He was a great representative for big Chiefs.

I had a new Trane system installed. The team was very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They ensured my home was put back in order they found it. Noticed the air in bedrooms was not cold. Called the following morning and writhing 4hrs a technician was at my house troubleshooting the condenser. Tech needed access inside and since no one was home, he returned the following morning and found the issue. Within 2 hours, my a/c unit was repaired and blowing cold air once again. Very satisfied with their service.
