If I could give more than 5 STARS I would. Mr Joe & Abel are amazing. They did a leak test and fix it. The company I called before them, said I needed a whole new unit.

I called them out on Monday 12/21/21 they came out and only fixed part of the wire 24v low voltage so on Christmas eve it broke again then charged me holiday prices to come out and fix the problem they didn't fix right the first time then left without it being fixed and wanted to charge me again to come out the following Monday to fix it right I would recommend that you never use this company I paid around $500 to them for nothing I went through them so if something went wrong it would be covered but it wasn't so then the day after Christmas I had a friend come help me fix it right I also had to pay him and buy all the parts I'm very disappointed and will definitely be bringing him to small claims court not to mention my kids had to wake up Christmas morning with no a/c

Joe is very professional, very knowledgeable, and prices are always better than the competition.

Came to my house and install the air conditioner. I asked him about a cover for the air conditioner she said yes we can do that $800 but the air conditioner already came with a cover this person is and a good get over so you got one star putting it in never use him again

These guys are awesome. Tech Abel figured out our problem, and had it fixed, all within 30 minutes. They show up on time, and are professional and friendly. HIGHLY recommend them for any A/C or heat problem. Our go-to from now on.

I made an appointment for an estimate at 12 pm. The appointment was for my mother’s house so I took off of work. He never showed up. When I called to see if he was running late, he told me he will not be coming because he was too busy today. He also complained about his own free estimate policy and that he would rather keep working than give me an estimate. He also didn’t offer to reschedule. It was clear my call was a burden to him by the way he responded to me. As a business owner, I understand things happen, but a no call no show, no apology no reschedule and a brash explanation is a major red flag for a business.

This companie is a joke . The guy who answered the phone is absolutely rude very unprofessional. I called at 5:43 after a crew of theirs, left my house looking at my AC and now the AC doesn’t work and they say it was working when they were here, but the guy acted as if not his problem an He’s going out of town is what he told me ,very disgusted with this service. He says it’s after hours when I called but His business on Google says open . definitely wouldn’t recommend. Then the guy just called me back at 5:53 and tells me oh can you pull the ladder down and get in attic and see if there’s a switch they might’ve hit the switch thinking it’s a light, so I said sure so I do all that an the ac comes back on , then I proceeded to say it’s working thank you and I said is this the guy I just spoke with a minute ago and he had an attitude and says yes, and then he proceeds to be rude again when all I was trying to do was thank him for calling me back an helping me get it back working an that I really appreciated it and he was still rude , absolutely unbelievable .

Abel is so awesome, Joe has a great team. In the past my air conditioner would brake and they come out so quick. So reasonable priced. Today I had them come out to do a check on my units before the summer comes. I’m ready for a great new year.

Needed a weekend job done at one of my rentals. I was prepared to pay for basic part upcharges and weekend labor since it was important for my renters. Was blown away when charged $800 for a standard sized motor, that I know went for $125-$230. I knew I’d be upcharged for parts, but I just got completely taken advantage of. Will not be recommending or calling ever again.
His people are good at there job and do good work, but the prices are unreasonable.

Called because his company installed the AC in my home before we bought it. We asked if it was under warranty and he told us it wasn’t. Which was fine we wanted to fix the issue anyway, but he accused us of just wanting a free service and hung up. So rude to assume this of a prospective new client. Very unprofessional. Go with Homerun AC instead. Affordable and much friendlier.
