So unprofessional I believe the guy who took my ac apart and left it wide open just refused to give me his name he came to my home and took apart my ac and left I called to write down the guys name to make sure I keep track of every one who is doing work in my home he pretended to be someone else and refused to give me the workers name saying he doesn’t want to give out employees personal information I didn’t ask for a social or anything personal besides the name of the technician seeing as though he refused to give me his name they know they did something wrong and it’s sad own up to your unprofessional tacky trifling service, I got a second opinion the guy proceeds to argue with the other technician from another company calling him a liar saying he can fix what he messed up I’ll never recommend this company and if I could give zero stars I would
