I chose this company because of the 5 star reviews, but now I am wondering how they got these reviews because I have not had the same experience. The tech was 1hr 15 minutes late. I'm wishing I would have canceled. He did not give us a receipt after he inspected a gas fireplace. I had to call to get one. When I received it, it stated "chimney inspection." This inspection was for a property that I am selling and need the receipt to say "fireplace was inspected." I have made 5 phone calls to get a corrected receipt. The only thing I'm told is they'll send the request to management. I've asked to speak to someone in charge but the phones are answered by a call service. Not a professional company.

My dad Vinnie in Bergen County recently had his chimney repaired by Andres and his company. They did a wonderful job and completely fixed the leak that was caused by Hurricane Ida’s damage to the chimney. Andres does great work and was always very responsive. We recommend him highly for anyone in need of chimney and masonry repair.

I called them and the initial inspection was prompt. The write up was clear and concise and pricing was excellent. The work was completed promptly the next week to avoid any weather issues and the work was super clean and well documented with before and after pictures. They took wonderful care to clean up the property. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone in need of chimney work

Called and asked for help on my air conditioning, was making weird noises. Told him the air was turning off and on but air was coming through. He says “so why are you calling us if its working”. Worst customer service ever. Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!
