good place to get parts or units! was in and out and saved $100 on a fan motor, which my unit supplier was trying to charge me, when we by over $100,000 in units a year!

Customer service on parts counter is awful when you call on the phone. Always put on hold. I get hung up on and they do not try to call me back. As a customer on the phone Bob even said I have to go and get another line while I am talking to him. I will not put in Amana just because of bad customer service. When a customer calls me with a unit to repair that is an Amana I dread even fixing it because of Associated Equip. Co. But we do because its all about customer service. Thank you Eds Supply!

I have been buying equipment from here for about 11 years.I love the service that I get any time I need a unit or parts Billy Marlin will go out of the way to get what we need.Everyone there is truly a great group to work with.I have been offered the whole to buy elsewhere. Great group of guys. We install Amana exclusively. We are one of the highest volume dealers in Nashville. Bob and crew take great care of us. If a unit is installed properly, you wont have any problems. Our equipment is always ready to be picked up when we arrive.

Be sure to get a written quote. Waited six months to have stumps ground and was charged 3 times original quote over the phone.

They removed 3 of our trees, exactly how we asked! And totally protected our neighbors property. We couldn't be more pleased! We will definitely have them back in the future!

Very nice and helpful people. Previous tree trimmers dropped a tree on the neighbor's property and they ran off. We needed someone quick to clean up their mess. Kruse Tree Trimming & Construction responded and they got rid of the tree the next morning.

UPDATE: Out neighbors roof got damaged by our tree fall and their construction crew “fixed” that neighbors roof and siding. The siding they used was not the same color as the house. They said they were going to fix it and they had to wait to get in that siding but to this day (February 2022) they have not. They ghosted us and won’t answer our calls. So unprofessional.
We had to call for help for emergency tree service for a giant tree that came down over 2 driveways and a garage roof. They came quick and worked quick to get the driveways uncovered. Was very impressed by there speed, efficiency and their clean up. Took so much stress off of my family to get every cleaned up so quick. Thank you so much!

As the George H. Pechtel Co Inc, a General Contractor in Yakima, I used Bergin Roofing for over 20 commercial projects and a couple home projects maybe more. Prior to Kevin's ownership I used his father Jim. I can not express how well I and my clients were treated, both in quality and price from Bergin Roofing. Some of the jobs were large commercial projects that required both very knowledgeable roofers and a large enough work force to get done. Bergin Roofing was able to man the job through the years and get done in the time frame we had to work in. You simply can not do better.
