Just had the guys here for an emergency call. Absolutely the best!!!! Super friendly and very helpful with regards to our issue. Our issue was explained to us and how they were going to fix it before they began. They didn't leave a mess and were extremely easy to work with. We are proud to be new customers and look forward to working with them in the future.

*BEWARE* My fiance and I just recently purchased our first home and called ACE to have our chimney cleaned and the pellet stove looked at to make sure it was good. They came out for the scheduled appointment and after walking in the door and man says that he can tell just by looking as he drove up that our pipe for the stove was not up to code. Mind you he hadn't even looked at it or gone on the roof. Showed him the pellet stove, he looked in the side and said it was only a single wall sleeve and it was a fire hazard. Got an estimate in the mail about a week later for nearly $2700 to have it all taken out and redone.
Long story short, we had a second opinion from a reputable private contractor. Guess what? It's completely up to code with a DOUBLE WALL sleeve and the metal fireplace was actually built for it.
I'm not in the market for being taken advantage of, but they must be in the business of doing that. Can't tell you how happy we are to not have lost all that money especially when we have sunk everything into buying our first home.
