Gas water heater vent was blocked, causing dangerous situation. I called them they showed up early morning, they can animal nest plugging the chimney. They removed the chimney liner with the nest. Replaced the liner and put a screened cap on the chimney. Done in a few hours. Professional and experienced. I highly recommend them.

Excellent! I would highly recommend this company! They were extremely professional and they did not disappoint at all. They were very easy to communicate with and even offered additional useful information as they were eager to help. There was absolutely no mess after cleaning my chimney!

I have not yet made a decision as am still collecting estimate. I do have to say these people are just wonderful, the lady that answers the call is so lovely, I literally want to hug her, so sweet and kind an so knowledgeable and she means well for both them n myself.... am pretty sure they will beat the other prices am gathering.

These guys are awesome. Super friendly, super knowledgeable. Very professional. They came this morning and were on time, efficient, courteous, and informative. They found a rusty corroded pipe of ours and replaced it in minutes. Gave us tons of info on what we needed for our situation and were super fair with pricing. Couldn’t say more. 5 stars all day. Ace rebuilt my chimney this summer. There were a few hiccups in the service and they knew I wasn't happy. The owner, Kelly, went above and beyond to make it right and I really appreciate it. The work is solid and they really do care about their customers, it's not just lip service.

Ace was awesome. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Jayme and Jesse are a great team to get the job done. Fast response, thorough and exceptional services.

I’ve always recommended ACE when people comment on needing a chimney sweep just based on the fact that I’ve heard them being recommended since I was young. “I’ve heard ACE is good”. Now I can confirm personally that they are indeed good. Was a great experience and the humbleness, kindness and expertise of Matt & Connor was perfection. Im very happy with what they did for me today & happy to continue recommending them and using them for future needs.

We had an excellent experience with Ace. They rebuilt our brick chimney from the roofline up and installed a new flue for the furnace to prevent further internal crumbling. Their skill and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process, and they were truly a pleasure to work with. Kelly went above and beyond to schedule the work before winter. I’m extremely happy with our new chimney and highly recommend them without reservation.

Dave installed in my house 4 heat pumps. Everything seemed to be working fine. A few months after, I had a big puddle of water in my living room. When I contacted him about the issue I am experiencing he completely ignored any of my text messages and when I called him from a different phone and he picked up, he hanged up on my face once he realized who I was. I do not suggest anyone to work with him, as he is not reliable!
