I am happy to share this 5-star review of Hardy's Chimney Service in Suffield, CT. Dave and Co. have provided our 135-year-old home with A+ technical and aesthetic excellence across multiple services to include inspection, cleaning, lining, and beautification. I have a 3 story+ brick fireplace and flue that provides me a great number of hours of relaxation burning wood fires throughout the year. Thank you, Dave, for expertly and safely preserving this great part of our home and allowing me to enjoy this experience.

Hardy’s Mason Chimney Service did an outstanding job replacing my chimney liner! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and worry-free. Dave was especially great to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to explain what was going on. He made sure everything was done right and that I felt comfortable with the process. They are very professional, called scheduled an appointment. They fixed my dryer issue now I can easily dry my clothes at home without stepping out to the laundromat!!

These guys are professional and know exactly what needs to be done regarding my house. I am extremely happy about cleaning our duct and dryer vent. And will definitely recommend my friends and family

Made two appointments this spring, and they did not show up either time. After the first time, they admitted that their employee had called off that day (but not told us) & the second time just silence. Pretty annoying.

They quoted me a price of 65-85 on the phone and when they did the work (which lasted for 15 mins), they charged me $150.

I was on their schedule for gutter cleaning for months and they waited until Nov 29th to bail out on me. I find this incredibly inconsiderate and will not be calling them again or recommending them,

They clean our pellet stove vent twice a year. We have been pretty happy with their work. If something doesn’t come out right, they will come and fix it to make it right. Honest and on time.

My HOA made a deal with these guys for dryer vent cleaning on a predefined set of days. I reached out and provided contact info for my tenant, and was told they'd reach out. Tenant never heard from them, and neither did I.

We spoke with Mark at Marcel’s and bought a wood stove based on him assuring us he could do the install. He did a site visit, looked at the stove and installation and confirmed we were good. He was also going to help install another stove. When time to install we get excuses multiple times. Eventually his brother comes out, but only to tell us that only Mark can install it. After many delays and excuses he declined to do the job. Buyer beware this company does not live up to promises or commitments made.

I agreed to reschedule the vent cleaning after the first no show. For the second appt I called the day before to make sure they were coming and called again the morning when they didn't show. After two calls, no show and no call back. Don't waste your time.

Don’t waste your time…these people never showed up for a scheduled appt to clean chimney and gutters. I called twice to complain..both times, I was promised they would show up next time. I used this company for years and was very satisfied, however, in the last few years they have circled the drain. Zero stars is what they deserve

If you want to be overcharged and have them not clean up leave soot everywhere and all over your floors and walls and also boot tracks throughout your house this is the place for you.
