Steve came out to my house to clean my chimney and did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous. He was on time and put down necessary sheets to keep the area clean. I was very impressed with his diligence and knowledge when I asked him questions. I highly recommend using him for any chimney services you may need!

Steve, Steve and Deanna were wonderful to work with. I was skeptical about a solid 5 star rating, but after today, they are a great team to work with. Their cost was more than their competitors, but after speaking with Deanna, I gave them the work. Steve and Steve were courteous and professional. They spent time answering all my questions and concerns before any work began. Best of all, no soot escaped from the fireplace cleaning. Great job.

Great experience with partners chimney sweep! They called back in a timely fashion, and were able to get us in quickly with a last minute cancellation. Steve and his son Steve were very professional as well as helpful. They offered really helpful information also on things I wouldn't have known to ask about. Very affordable, professional and well as personal for a great price! Would recommend to anyone!

Steve and his son were originally scheduled to come on Tuesday. On Monday morning he called to advise he won't be able to make the appointment because rain had moved into the area and the probability for heavy downpours on Tuesday was very high, so we rescheduled. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, they called and arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine by me. It was my first meeting with them and both were very pleasant, professional, and assuring. I was very comfortable with them being left alone in the house while I continued my own work in my backyard office. I knew there was considerable buildup in my chimney after 7 years. At times the wind would blow just right and the smell would be strong. When they finished, there was no evidence they had been there and the smell is gone. Steve asked about the type(s) of wood I burn and volume, and gave his recommendation for return. Without hesitation, I give my highest recommendation to Steve and his family business.

Steve and Steve were very nice. Also very knowledgeable. They did not only clean the chimney - this is our first fireplace so they showed me the best way to select wood and build the fire to minimize smoke and ash buildup.

They are family-owned, so you will get great service compared to the larger companies in town. Also pricing is very fair, so you do not have to spend more for the great service.

This was my first time using Partners Chimney Sweep and they did an amazing job. Even with a fully booked schedule they were able to fit us in. The scheduling was done very professionally and with clear communication. Steve and his son came out, answered all my questions, gave me tips to better my chimney, and thoroughly cleaned it. Had been searching for a company to come out and do a cleaning and also take a look at my gas logs and set make sure everything was ok as I had a weird experience over the weekend so wanted it checked out. I called a few other companies and one was high pressure just wanted my address to make and appointment and the other was overly expensive. I Partners on line and also someone in my community recommended them. This is a family run business, Steve and Steve Jr. and Deanna. Deanna took my call and they actually fit me in same day. Steve gave his honest opinion that I didn't need a cleaning, and my gas logs were ok. They just charged me a trip charge which I think fair. I really appreciate their honesty!

These folks are the real deal! It was so easy to set up an appointment, easy to understand pricing, and easy to watch them do the work that I myself could not do. The integrity of this team is so apparent as they freely give advice on what might yet need to be done or bought in order to enjoy your fireplace safely. If they cannot do the scope of the work needed, such as gas plumbing, they will let you know. They won't just pretend to fix things and charge you extra for it. I really like Partners Chimney Sweep and I can recommend them happily!

My dryer has been gradually taking more time to dry clothes. I had the vent cleaned by a different team about a year and a half ago but reached out to Justin at this air duct cleaning service just to ensure everything was in order. He was nearby wrapping up another job and promptly came over. He began by examining the dryer and the hose inside. Then, he climbed onto the roof and removed an alarmingly large amount of lint from the vent - much more than should have been there considering it was cleaned just 18 months ago. Once he finished the job, he tidied up the area before heading out. I strongly suggest you give him a call when you need your dryer vent cleaned. The dryer's performance has improved significantly since his visit, and I plan on having him come every year for regular checks and maintenance of the dryer vent.
