We had an excellent experience with this father-and-son chimney and dryer vent servicing team, Jay and Bryant. I originally called them out to look at our fireplace setup, but I also learned that, in addition to fireplace services, they handle dryer vent cleaning—a service I didn’t realize was so important for fire safety. I was shocked by how much lint and debris had built up in our vent to the outside, and I’m grateful they caught it before it became a hazard.

They arrived right on time in clean uniforms, were knowledgeable, polite, and professional, and tidied up everything before leaving. It’s rare these days to find specialists who take pride in their work and are also such a pleasure to deal with.

Phenomenal job cleaning my chimney and letting me know what I need to have a safe experience! Feel incredibly safe knowing that the guys came over and did a full inspection insuring me that my chimney and gas line are safe to use. They were great! Very knowledgeable and nice people, super friendly. Were able to get my gas furnace up and running with no issues. Jay and Bryant we're very professional left the job site nice and clean and explained the whole process to me. They also let me know that I needed a larger 4-in hose on the back of my dryer. I was highly impressed with Mr. Chimney Guy! Jay and his son, Bryant, showed up right on time and texted me beforehand. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And they literally saved my house from a fire. They cleared a major clog in my dryer vent and notified me that the wrong ventilation system had been installed. As a result, lint could not escape the vent and was getting trapped at the exit. They did a thorough job cleaning the system and provided a picture to show that the vent was clear. At my request, they also installed a temporary ventilation cap so I can continue to use my dryer until the ventilation system is replaced.
