They never answer the phone or messages. And when you finally get ahold of someone they promise you this and that and then you never hear from them again and its back to not answering the phone. Very un-professional

This is the third time I have used this company. Danny and his assistant always do a wonderful job.

Do not rely on this company for any fireplace work as there staff just measured the cap on top of roof and that's about it. No opinion on how to fix the pipe that came unattached and said the fireplace was clean when it has never been cleaned in 20 years. Had two different opinions since they came out to take my inspection money and left aftert 10 minutes. This is a dryer vent cleaning company, not a Chimney Sweep, from my experience. Maybe the two young employees that came weren't that experienced, not sure.

I believe in supporting family business, but something tells me this family has no business. I reached out to the community 3 times and did not receive a phone call back. Too many other people that look for business.

I highly reccommend Daves Dryer Vent Service out of Stuart Florida. Dave and his assistant were professional , prompt and courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning out our dryer vent in our PGA area home. Even went up on the roof and checked and cleaned that out too. They cleared out an extensive amount of lint and dirt etc. clogging the line and causing a potential fire hazzard. I got quotes from over 3 companies. Daves was the best. These guys are pros. We will be using them again when we are due for the 2 year dryer vent maintenance.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would...Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but I had these folks out to my home in October 2022. They were supposed to be custom ordering a cap for me but I have been unable to reach them since and nobody will return my calls or email. I am pretty disappointed as I thought the first visit went well. I will spend my $$$ elsewhere with a company that vales good communication and can get a job done in a timely fashion.

This company was recommended by Boyea Appliance repair which tested our clothes dryer and determined that our overheating was caused by a lint clogged vent. Dave's promptly returned my call and scheduled our service. At my request, they even faxed a copy of their insurance certificate to my condo in order to access our guard gated community. Two very nice young men came right on schedule, quickly assessed our situation, cleared our vent from the inside, and then went on our 3rd story roof with ease to clean our vent screen which was the cause of our clog. They removed the builder provided screen as unnecessary since the vent has a flap. All this service and a 45 minute trip south for $85. We thought we had returned to a previous era. Great people and service!

Daves Dryer Vent Fireplace Service is the epitome of professional service. We've been using their service for years for both our vent cleaning and fire place cleaning. They are very dependable and courteous and we highly recommend them.

August 2022, had to call constantly to get a new cage & cap after the job was started. Took more than 3 months to complete the job. Was told they'd be back for follow up inspection in a year. Called in June, July, August, etc. 2023, to get on schedule. To date NO RESPONSE. Puzzling because we've used them through the years. Dave's Fireplace must have new owners because these young men, while they do a good job, DO NOT RETURN CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER, nor follow up when promised. Sad, they're about the only game in town. Time to look elsewhere.

Loved their work for years but they've stopped responding to phone calls for service the last 16 months. We've always paid on time and been pleasant so I'm not sure why. It's a shame because we love supporting local businesses.

Dave’s Dryer Vent cleaning did a thorough and efficient job with our cleaning. Brandon and Danny were in time, friendly & professional. One cleaned out from the laundry room and the other went on the roof. They provided us with a magnet to remind us when we are due again. The service was excellent and affordable. I definitely recommend their services and will be using them again.

I’ve been using Dave’s dryer and vent cleaning for several years now. I’ve always been very happy with their service. Danny and Chandler cleaned out the vent this morning. They were very polite and gave me some good advice. I highly recommend this company.

This company is fabulous. They were courteous on the phone, professional when they got here, and completed the job as promised. Will definitely use them again.

Terrible, shabby duct cleaning, did not cover surfaces when removing the vents and applying duct coating. They dropped a large vent cover from 14 ft ceiling on our dining room table, ruining the table with promises to fix (impossible) or replace and I am still chasing them with no calls back.
They had to return as laundry vent was still clogged, found the roof vent still blocked, something they should have cleaned the fist time.

I called several times, leaving messages. Once I got ahold of them, I scheduled an appointment to repair a water softener tank. Minutes before scheduled time, they messaged me canceling and rescheduled for the next day. The next day, again minutes before scheduled time, they messaged me canceling. I tried to rescheduled for following Monday and they stopped responding. I had to stay home from work both days; very unprofessional and inconvenient.

They eventually responded 2 weeks later asking if I still needed the work done but by that time, I had gone through a different company.

I had them clean my air ducts and they broke a large vent cover in my main hallway back at the end of October 2022. They claimed they special ordered a new one on Nov 1. They said it should be in soon. I have been told that lie for the last 3+ months. I have tons of texts telling me this. They have finally stopped returning calls and texts. The work was not professional and they did leave a mess. I would steer clear as when i look at other reviews i see this is a common theme.
