Brad was very prompt, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning and checking our fireplace and chimney. He provided very good feedback to us. I highly recommend him.

We had Ashbusters come out to inspect our chimney before we hit the colder weather. Luckily we did because our chimney was in dyer need of repair. Years without service was showing. Ash busters’ technicians were great they thoroughly explained what they found and what was needed. We had them back to complete the repair and everything went smoothly, no hidden surprised and once again excellent customer service.

Great service from office staff to technician. Ashbusters texted picture of Chad King and his ETA. Chad was polite, friendly, and explained what was needed to repair my flueless gas fireplace. He cleaned and repaired it. No mess. I will call during summer to schedule maintenance. Highly recommend Ashbusters.

We recently had Bobby from Ashbusters come out to inspect the chimney and fireplace in our new home, and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From the start, Bobby was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on the condition of our fireplace insert, firebox, and chimney. His inspection was very thorough and even included the removal of a deceased squirrel that had gotten stuck behind the fireplace insert! He handled everything professionally and with care.
One of the things we appreciated most was how communicative and clear the team was throughout the process. They were upfront about pricing, with no surprises, and explained every step so we knew exactly what to expect. Appointment times were clearly communicated, and Bobby arrived right when he said he would each time, which is something that is not always easy to find these days.
After reviewing the condition of the existing setup, we decided to remove the old insert left by the previous owners and switch to an electric unit. Bobby returned to handle the removal and installation, and once again did a fantastic job. He cleaned up thoroughly after each visit and made sure everything was done right.
Bobby was a pleasure to work with. We truly feel he is a great asset to Ashbusters, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of fireplace or chimney services. Excellent work, professional communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Ashbusters, specifically with Brandon as our guy. He's so polite, efficient and really knowledgeable - he shared so much info that we needed about our fireplace since we just purchased the home. From scheduling to completion our service was great. Scheduling was easy and our tech Bryson was knowledgeable, informative, and not sales-ey. I highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

Since living in this house, we had never used our gas fireplace. Bobby made sure that it was cleaned up and ready to use bless fully it was just needed cleaning. It was good to speak with him very personable and I would use the company again hopefully I could get Bobby.!

Ashbuster's installed a wood fire place for our home in 2025. System has worked great and their service is top notch.

For the Nashville Ice storm of 2026, we went without power for four (4) days and our wood fire place was the only heat source. This wood fire place kept our house warm and made a bad situation good.

Ashbuster's is a great company with a great team and I highly recommend their services!

Tylor and his partner did a great job cleaning out our wood burning fireplace and dryer vent. I'm so happy to know that you offer dryer vent cleaning services! I didn't even know that was possible but learned about it when I spoke to someone about scheduling the appointment. I had noticed my relatively new dryer (1.5 years) not drying things as well and the cleaning made a big difference.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Ashbusters. They are very polite and they treat my home as if it was their own. They are thorough in their problem solving and cleaning. Both Bobby and Chad have serviced our gas fireplace. They are both well trained and do excellent work. I will continue to use Ashbusters in the future.

Amazing experience! We had another company in the Murfreesboro TN area quote us 1.5 times what Ashbusters did, as well as tell us we needed a chimney cleaning that we did not need. Ashbusters was easy to work with, highly communicative, and had excellent customer service. Our technician Eric J. came early (after confirming it was ok), which was refreshing. He was thorough and professional but so friendly! We have our chimney people for life now!

All work was done efficiently & our new gas logs look & work great! We would definitely recommend Ashbusters & the installer Matt.

I would give them more than 5 stars! I’ve used Ashbusters over the years and they always do a great job and are professional. This time they hit a glitch due to the way the builder installed or incorrectly installed the dryer vent. They were diligent and properly reinstalled the dryer vent! It’s like I have a new dryer. Highly recommend this team!!!

Chad King with Ashbusters was scheduled to check and clean our fireplace between 8:30-12:30, and he arrived at 10:50. He was careful when entering our home by covering his shoes and putting a quilted tarp down in front of the fireplace to protect the carpet and the hearth area. He immediately began checking and vacuuming the entire fireplace area. After he was finished, and the fireplace was all back in place, he cleaned up, took all his tools and equipment out to his vehicle, and came back in to make sure I was able to start the fireplace and knew how to operate it. He did a great job and is an asset at Ashbusters!

Friendly and surprisingly fast. Thorough cleanup inside and out . Kudos to your metal work ,the cap has nice tailored look and good tight lip overhang .both guys were just pleasant to do business with … and as the matter of’coin’ always does matter your competitor wanted $4875 for the job y’all did for $2223.00 -grateful

Carlos was fantastic! He went above and beyond providing great customer service. He did a great job repairing our chimney. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. We have used Ashbusters for several years now, and Carlos is the best!

Had a great experience with Ashbusters! They were able to come by same week during their busy season and Brandon, our technician, taught us everything we needed to know about our gas fireplace in the home we just purchased. We still need to order logs but they were able to put in new rocks and change out our gas hookup for us. It lights up with a remote now which we love! Thanks, guys!

These guys did a great job with all the things we needed done:) From installing our gas logs to problems with a ceiling fan. They came early and got right to work. The logs work perfectly, troubleshooted the fan and installed two more. Fantastic job, guys!!
