During the really cold weather we had we noticed a cold air leak that was around our gas fireplace. We called Ashbusters to help us determine the problem. Jason Tucker from Ashbusters came to our home and looked at it as promised. It was determined that the problem was not associated with the fireplace. The fireplace Ashbusters installed for us is working great and we love it. Thanks to Ashbusters for helping us find our problem.

My wife and I have been saving for a fire stove for several years now. We were hesitant because of the price, but we couldn’t be more happy with the stove and the job Bobby and Brandon did with the install. Bobby and Brandon went above and beyond with catering to my requests, they answered any questions, and were very professional. The stove itself is awesome! Easy to clean and maintain. Makes a beautiful fire and heats the house to over 70 degrees when it’s below 20 degrees outside. I would recommend Ashbusters to any friend looking for a fire stove or place.

The team at Ashbusters has been a pleasure to work with since day one. Not only did they go outside their service area just to give me a quote, but they also did it on short notice and during the spin-up of the busiest time of the year. Korey, the production manager personally came to my home (on a Saturday) to get eyes on the project and spent the next two hours talking with me and my family to make sure that we got the information that we needed. We scheduled an installation that
very day and agreed on a price below our budget and he even got us into a bigger stove. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived early and was extremely courteous and easy to work with. Rob and Alden took extra time to answer my questions that I had about the stove and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Not only were they informative but they were very professional and mindful of my home while moving a very heavy wood stove in and out. From the roof work to the demo work through the finish of the installation Rob and Alden showed pride and attention to detail in their craft. Coming from someone who's been in the trades their whole life. I could say wholeheartedly these guys did an outstanding job. 11/10 stars for service and professionalism. Not only did I feel like I got my money's worth but I feel confident that we have the product support and knowledge of one of the best companies in this industry. Bryson made the repairs we needed. He is professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and showed me the before and after pictures. I believe he had our safety in mind when he suggested "closing in" an area so insulation couldnt get to it.

We had our gas fireplace, wood burning fireplace, and dryer vent serviced by Bobby and Tyler. They were incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly.

They serviced everything properly and made some recommendations as well. Took shoes off when they were on the house, and it was as if they weren’t even here when they left.

I will say Ashbusters is pricey in my opinion, but if you want it done right, they are worth it.

The technician, Brandon Cone was so professional and courteous. He serviced my gas fireplace snd installed a remote starter and it works beautifully. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend. I was referred to Ashbusters by a trusted neighbor several years ago. Two years ago, I had them come out to do some standard cleaning/preventative maintenance. Great experience. And I just brought them out again this year, and the service continues to get better! Matt and Joel took great care of us today. In fact, Ashbusters even provided above and beyond service when I had some general questions and I chatted with Matt on the phone for quite a while about a variety of questions re: our gas fireplace. Good team!
