The team was very friendly and their prices were fair. They did a great job working on my fireplace and chimney, just as they had estimated. At first, there were still some leaks, and they came out several times to try to fix them. The owner, who has been in business for many years, thought the issue might be with the roof, but there were no signs of water damage on the roof or walls. Thankfully, their chimney technician, Justin, suggested that there might be damage to the crown, issues with the flue, and that more mortar was needed on the walls. Even though there was some disagreement, I asked them to complete the estimate by fully filling the mortar in the chimney. They agreed, and Justin came back to repair the crown, add more mortar throughout the flue, and seal up any gaps he found on the outside of the chimney. After these repairs, the chimney hasn't leaked at all. I really appreciate the company's dedication and excellent customer service throughout the whole process. My only suggestion is to always listen to every team member's advice, no matter how many years they've been in the business—it really made a positive difference in my experience!
