I highly recommend this chimney sweep company! I’ve reached out to them twice now, and both times Earl was incredibly helpful and honest. The first time, Earl came out to inspect our fireplace and told us everything looked great—no cleaning or repairs needed—and he didn’t charge us anything for the visit. More recently, I called about a problem with our damper. Earl patiently explained how to fix it myself, step by step, and again didn’t charge me for his advice. He even offered to come by for a small fee if I wasn’t able to handle it on my own. Thanks to his clear instructions, I was able to make the repair easily. I've had the chimney sweeps come out a couple times now. Last time, Nolan installed a new liner in one of the flues, and this time, another liner was added to keep everything running safely. I noticed a little creosote falling before, but after they came back to re-vacuum the top of the insert, everything has been clean and working great. I use my wood stove almost nonstop during the cooler months, so it’s important to me that everything is safe and well maintained. The team was really thoughtful, always explaining what they were doing and why, which made me feel confident in the service. Highly recommend for anyone needing chimney cleaning or maintenance!
