this is the second year we've had our chimney swept and our fireplace cleaned. last year we had a problem and they responded quickly. i called early and got a call back in less than an hour. they sent someone out fast. when the chimney sweep arrived, he was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. he was professional and answered all of my husband's questions. we just had them come again to inspect and clean our fireplace so it's ready to use. same great service as before. since i wasn't there last time, ross took time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions too. i can't say enough about their service, professionalism, and knowledge – all excellent! i would definitely recommend them.
