Right off the bat, their customer service was awesome. I got a very detailed explanation on my first call to them, unlike the other three places I called. I scheduled the appointment, and the technician arrived on time and did some repairs and cleaned the chimney. He prepared the area against any dust or messes, and he was just as thorough explaining everything and what needed to be done. Went even further explaining things about my specific chimney and things I should look for in the future. My chimney works so much better now and the damper finally works again. I highly recommend on customer service alone. Very professional and thorough!

I was really bothered about the chimney and vents in my new house. They were grimy and scary. A total nightmare. Anyway, James was friendly, funny, and courteous. He also showed up within his time allotment.

I happened to be on the phone when he showed up. He respectfully waited and said no word as I gestured where my fireplace is located.

Once I got off the phone, he stopped setting up to introduce himself. He specified the order of what he was going to do and got it done fast, yet thorough.

James is the one you should ask for. His personable, down-to-earth, and not pushy with any sales. He reiterated what I wanted before beginning work. He also verified if he had done everything I asked.

Recently moving to the Houston area, When we moved in to our house, we were told that we should have the chimney cleared out. I originally had a house in Kentucky that never needed the chimney cleaned, so this was a whole new experience for me.
At first, we didn’t notice the odors excreting from the chimney and it eventually became a problem. We’d asked our friends if they could recommend a chimney cleaning service, and they recommended Natures Own Chimney Cleaning.
We initially called them to get a price estimate and to better understand how they would handle the situation. The manager we talked to on the phone was beyond professional and stayed on the phone until we had every question answered. We set up an appointment for the following week to clear out our entire chimney.
They guys showed up on time on our scheduled date and ultimately did a terrific job effectively cleaning out our gutter. The workers themselves were warm and professional throughout their entire visit, you could tell they genuinely cared about the job at hand. Initially, I was concerned that they would make a mess with all the gunk that was inside my chimney, but they did a professional job.

Nature's own chimney did an amazing job with cleaning the fireplace. They were very professional and helpful. I had no regrets with hiring them for the job, because they did exactly what they were supposed to do. The fireplace had leaves, and sticks and many other particles in it, and they thoroughly cleaned it out and inspect it to make sure it was working just fine. They also checked to see if my dryer was working and they did a great job with that that. It is very much appreciated.

All in all I had three visits from this Company and Manuel really stood out as a very knowledgeable and professional technician, he took care of the installation of new gas logs, embers, grate and gas attachment. During the process he worked very cleanly and efficiently. I have already recommended Manuel to friends and clients.

They called several hours before the appointment for a chimney clean and explained that they could not get on the roof for the inspection since it was raining and wet. They offered to do the rest of the work, or someone would call to re-schedule. I got a call later the same day and re-scheduled for the following day. They arrived on time, and cleaned and inspected the chimney and also cleaned my dryer vent. He provided a picture of the lint cleaned from the dryer vent so that I could inspect the result. Great service, very professional, and I will use them again.

A great business is not defined by their ability to perform without mistakes, it's defined by how they perform if mistakes are made. They were several scheduling issues however, the company went above and beyond and was very receptive to feedback in order to correct this issue for future customers. Our technician Michael did an excellent job with the cleaning of our chimneys and replacement of one of the refractory panels. He also inspected the rest of our panels, identified further repair needs, and took the time to explain it clearly to us and the risks of not having it done.

Manuel & Jose were fabulous at assessing and repairing my chimney. Initially I had a different mason repair my chimney and they used the incorrect materials which did not resolve the problem of smoke entering my home when burning wood in the fireplace. Manuel & Jose were able to identify the issue even after the previous company tried to hide it the best they could. The pricing was very fair, and they worked with my schedule as best they could. I am new to Texas, only been living here for 5 months. I had to get my chimney cleaned out. I had gotten a house and I don't believe it was ever cleaned. Had a strong smell coming from it and I suspected there may be animals nesting it in. Anyways, my neighbor recommended Nature's Own and I never heard of them but took his word for it. They came on time and were surprisingly a lot cheaper than a few other companies I looked into. The job was done with care and they made sure it was cleaned from top to bottom. They didn't leave a mess behind and were very personally and friendly. I think my dog even loved the on guy, which is rare!! Wow! Wonderful service! Michael came and fixed some cracks on our chimney and replaced the crate on top of the chimney as well. He was very professional and reviewed everything before he did it. And super bonus… he looooves dogs! So my German Shepard was happy too!
