Nature’s Own Technician, Ricardo, was very professional, punctual and very thorough with cleaning the fireplace and chimney and dryer vent. He let us know what he needed to do and didn’t disturb our home or dog. I feel very valued by the business in receiving the honest work we paid for. I would highly recommend Nature’s Own Chimney to anyone.

Very professional, courteous, and on time! Texted first as requested and performed service. A little bit of confusion about the project but the service techs were not pushy at all. In one call to their office, everything was sorted out and work to replace chimney cap and back panel of fireplace is scheduled.

I did have 2 other company's come out but neither were as pleasant, professional or competitive as Nature's Own.

Nature's own chimney did an awesome job with cleaning out the fireplace and my dryer vents. They were very professional and helpful. The responsiveness and affordable price made them my first choice. I had no problems with hiring them for the job it was a very easy process and they did exactly what they were supposed to do and more. I feel very comfortable dealing with this team. They also checked to see if my dryer was working and they did a great job with that too! the fireplace had debris and many other "unknowns" in it, and they thoroughly cleaned it out very well. Their work is very much appreciated. We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

I was visiting some family in Texas and we hired Nature's Own to clean my great-uncle's chimney. He's in his late 80's and does not have the strength or expertise to clean it himself. We called Nature's Own to inquire about their services and fees and from the very beginning, they were outstanding! The sales department was very friendly, professional, informative, and helpful. And the prices were very reasonable for the services we received. The cleaners came on time and were just as nice as everyone else we had spoken to previously. They did the job fast and cleaned up after themselves as well, so there was no mess when they left. We are 200% happy with the services we received from Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning and highly recommend them for all your chimney cleaning and maintenance needs. Great staff, great service, and great prices...you couldn't beat that with a stick!

Sean came out and inspected the chimney of our newly purchased home and made the process super easy and efficient. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He didn’t take long, explained what he saw (with pictures) and repair he recommended along with an estimated price. I was good with that so he scheduled the follow up visit right there on the spot. I would recommend Nature’s Own to anyone!

My guys name was Dustin B and he did an amazing job. He was quick and courteous and completed the inspection and gave me results quickly and on the spot. I appreciate the honesty as some people try to lie to get more money and sell unneeded services and Dustin did none of those things. If/when I need more help with my chimney I will know exactly who to call.

When they came to do the work all went good....now they need to do a warranty check on one of the chimneys.....they continue to cancel my appointments.

Very unhappy! Poor communication! Did not show up for my appointment...didn't call...and this was a second appointment the company made themselves after not being able to accomplish the job during my first appointment!

I called Natures Own Services to have my chimney cleaned and found it to be quick and easy. The person who answered my call was able to quickly set up an appointment that worked for me and at the same time quote me a price. Michael, the technician called the day of the service and was able to come out early. He arrived and was very professional and friendly. He was able to inspect and clean my chimney in around 30 min. He had some recommendations for repairs but there was no hard sell or pressure. He said he would give me a quote and it was good for 60 days. The cleaning actually ended up being a little cheaper than the quoted price. I could not be happier with the work done by Natures Own. I absolutely recommend them.

Technicians have been great however they had to stop halfway through the job due to weather (understandable). However, they said they would call to schedule an appointment to finish the job, and never called. Two days later I called and scheduled an appointment. Today was the day of the appointment and they did not show up, did not call, and did not answer the phone (or return my message). Our house is currently full of materials, dust, debris and a half done fireplace. I am afraid I will have to hire another company to finish the job.

Reliable service and great experience with Natures Own for chimney sweeps. Our tech Bobby did a great job and returned quickly with parts to do our repair the same day.

I contacted Natures Own in order to perform my spring lawn aeration; I've been using them since 2021. My technician Zach was on time, communicated well, and performed an outstanding job. The day before the service, I placed lawn flags marking the many sprinkler heads so that it would make their job easier. In addition, I didn't want to repair any broken sprinkler heads if I could help it. After the service, we talked about the service and answered my questions. Zach is a real pro!

Space City Works rescued me when all other companies have me the run around. They are honest, reliable and my only regret is not calling them sooner. If you appreciate honest and quality, you will love Space City Works!!

Javier spoke with me extensively about how he cleans and treats air ducts. I called him on a Wednesday, and he had an appointment available the next day. He was prompt, answered all of my questions (and I had a lot to talk about when it comes to our home a/c), once completed they cleaned the areas, so I didn't even realize they had been here...btw that is one of their goals! He is professionally trained! Once they completed the cleaning/treating all we need to do now is keep up with our a/c maintenance and change our air filters monthly. I am absolutely delighted with the service, and this is one of the best decisions I have made to keep my system running smoothly. You really should give Javier a call!!!
