We have a foul odor coming from our chimney, we set an appointment on the first available date, they actually called when their schedule freed up and came early. The technician It was extremely professional and courteous, he remove the blockage in our flu and the dead birds that were causing Yoda recommended a solution that prevented it in the future. Awesome service and attention to detail will absolutely use them every year for annual inspection and cleaning

Gregory came twice in the same week to clean and inspect chimney and repaired a gap where the flue tile met the chimney wall. This place operates like a Robert without a weapon, meaning it’s ridiculous expensive for no reason. They will charge you a crazy fee just to inspect your chimney, followed by an even higher cost for repairs. Fortunately, there are many local businesses that can perform the same work, often with a warranty, at a more reasonable price. Avoid this establishment entirely; high prices do not guarantee quality service.

Greg came out the day we were moving in, end of September, and inspected our chimney for us. Just yesterday, he came back and repaired our chimney and answered any and all questions we had! He gave us tips and tricks to keep up on maintenance and was super friendly! We will stick with this company and always ask for Greg! Thanks again!

Greg was rude. Roof shingles were being replaced on the roof and our contractor told us it would be fine to have the chimney swept that day. He said the crew wouldn’t be in the way. The last time we had our chimney swept they didn’t even get on our roof. Greg pulled up and rang our doorbell and walked away. By the time I got to the door he was trying to pull away until he saw me. He came stomping up to the house saying they will have to reschedule. His tone was condescending and rude and he wanted to be argumentative. I said that’s fine we will find another company. He walked off. I had a good experience the first time and that is why I was a returning customer but do to this interaction you will not get my business.

* your response is an absolute lie. You waited two seconds. I had to put my dog up and get my shoes on. My camera caught it all. I never said anything about leaving a bad review but I sure was after your demeanor. You were irritated from the beginning. You didn’t have time to talk to a foreman because you ran back to your truck. Sir you were very unprofessional and rude and we found someone who was helpful. Had you come in and looked you would have seen we actually didn’t need to chimney swept apparently there was not enough build up. You came last year and didn’t even get on the roof. Regardless your response shows me that you are not a reputable servicer and definitely a liar so hopefully people see this and think twice about hiring you!

Gregg is so incredibly helpful! I can't recommend him enough. He's extremely knowledgeable and shares that knowledge with you so you're better equipped to handle any issues in the future. We called so many companies to help with our hornet problem and Clements Chimney Sweep were the only ones who were willing or able to help. Seriously can't say enough good things about Gregg and this company!

We moved into a lovely older home recently and needed to make sure our wood burning fireplace was in good working order before we used it. We live in Fayetteville and it’s been difficult finding competent, reliable professionals to do the many jobs we need done. We were referred to CLEMENTS CHIMNEY SWEEP. We called and Gregg arrived on time and thoroughly inspected our fireplace. He’s courteous and easy to talk to. He patiently answered all of our questions and my husband and I never felt rushed. His knowledgeable assessment gave us all the information we needed to make the best decision for our fireplace issues.

Greg and his assistant inspected and cleaned my chimney. I'm very happy with their service. They showed up on time. After they finished, Greg explained how I could burn more efficient fires and also if I lose my electricity, like I so often do, how to use the fireplace more effectively for warmth. I definitely recommend Clements and will be using them in the future.

Very professional, on time, and kept me informed on the work that his associate and he were doing. Before working on my chimney he conducted a through inspection which included pictures inside and out an explanation of what he deemed necessary to bring my chimney up to 💯 safe usage. He stated, his qualifications and years in the profession andthat I had the option of using another service but; I was satisfied to utilize his company. To top it off he's a veteran and Airborne as well!

Greg and his assistant were great! Very knowledgeable and professionally certified. He immediately identified that our custom oak mantel was out of code and described our options for installing a high efficiency cast iron insert.
