Getting this stuff done can be such a hassle. I shop around and you should too but at least be aware these guys exist. Grateful to have options!

Didn’t call or show in the 2 hour window they said they would come in. When I called, they argued with me that I never made an appointment, and then upped the price I was told on the phone the first time by almost $600.
Very unprofessional and has a con-artist feel to it.

They are lying. I was NEVER quoted between $400-$800. I was told roughly $230-$250. I agreed to that price and set up a date for someone to come out. This is what I’m talking about. They just argue, won’t take accountability, and instead of owning their mistake, they flip it on the customer.
After everything I mentioned, I left the review I did. Later that day I had 6 missed calls from them inside of 10 minutes. I called back and they proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and wanted me to remove my review. When I said no, the person on the phone didn’t ask anymore, he just said, “take the review down.” I hung up the phone after that and blocked their number. The absolute worst company I have ever encountered.

We hired Eugene to clean our dryer vent and he showed up right on time, thoroughly cleaned our dryer vent, cleaned up the work area and put everything back to its place.
