I am very happy with the work that Clements Chimney Sweep did in repairing the chimney in my recently purchased home. Said they would come out but didn't show. I called and they said tech called. I don't have any missed calls or texts. If you can't show up in a 2 hour window of time, argue about calling, not have the office call what can they do correctly. Just another company getting friends to write nice things would be my guess.
