The female I spoke to was 100% RUDE didn't answer any of the questions I had and then hung up on me. Very disappointing.

just to let u know cape fear chimney sweep did a great job at our hose on the dryer vent that was cloged and we will us them again to keep every thing good thanks again we called on monday and they were there on tuesday family owned and operated

Didn't give me accurate information because she didn't want to make the effort since I was in a different county. This location was even recommended to me by another company. I would find someone else.

Easy scheduling. Made an appointment and when they had a cancelation they called and came out sooner. Did their work and left no mess.

They cleaned our gas logs and lit our pilot light. The gentlemen took great care to protect my floors and everything was spotless when they left.

Debra in the office is absolutely rude, discourteous and unprofessional. Having said that the repairmen are efficient, answered all my questions and got our fireplace cleaned and insert working well again. Just be patient with the office.

Everyone was kind and professional from the lady at the office to the technicians. They came out next day, diagnosed the problem, and were able to complete the work right then. They explained everything me and made sure they answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I found them to be honest and caring. I wish I could hire them to fix the flashing on my chimney. They suggested hiring a roofer to do the work. It's not easy to find a roofer willing to do such a small job during this real estate boom.

I wish I could give a positive review for the company, however, I couldn’t even get an appointment made. The office receptionist was exceptionally rude, was not interested in my home because I live in a different town. My home needs two chimneys cleaned and repairs made to both, the job wasn’t important enough and they “would lose money” going to one call instead of the two or three they could fit in that time. Also because they are in “hurricane mode” i was not able to schedule a quote for my home. I do not know how much I will be spending to make the necessary repairs to my hone, but I know that I will not be using this company. It’s sad, too, I am a dedicated customer to companies that do good work.

I loved everything! They had great costumer service. The Chimney sweepers were careful not to make mess and were very knowledgeable. They gave me great tips and pictures of things I should watch out for and keep an eye on. I would definitely be using them again next year! My fireplace looks so good!

Kevin and Jimmy were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I felt safe with them being in my house as a woman. They were careful to move everything out of the way so everything stayed clean. They moved everything back and left no mess. They educated me on the different options and told me about better filters to use to prevent future problems. They walked me step by step in what they were doing. I highly recommend them. Secretary was also nice.
