Great service at reasonable prices. Jim and Kevin have cleaned and serviced my gas logs for years. They are always very professional and my dog adores them! Also Debra in the office is very efficient and returns calls right away.

Cape Fear came through after another chimney sweep failed to show up. They were on time, cleaned the fireplace and chimney without disrupting the house.

The other chimney sweep told me that because our fireplace has soot, that the chimney crown would need to be resealed.
Cape fear knew this fireplace is a vented fireplace, explained how it works, made recommendations for cleaning. They saved me time and money. I’ll absolutely use them anytime we need fireplace service. Very knowledgeable and polite.

Quick service. They were polite and efficient. Was kind enough to come back to check a gas smell for me and didn't even charge. This was last year but I forgot to leave a review. Plan on using them again this year to check my fireplace.

If you call anyone else for the services these gentleman provide, you are making a mistake! Cape Fear Chimney Sweep makes all others look like beginners. I had an issue with gas fireplace logs and a pilot light. Kevin and Jimmy quickly diagnosed the issue and didn’t stop until they were satisfied with the pilot light function! Another company suggested replacing the gas valve and didn’t really try to resolve the problem. Cape Fear Chimney Sweep are not parts changers! They will find the problem, repair it, and only replace parts when absolutely necessary! On top of that, they are very professional and very respectful of the area in your home where they are working! I will always call Cape Fear Chimney Sweep!

I use this company every 3 months. They do quite well most of time, but I give Xavier the best job ever done! He reaches extra deep and make sure it is cleaned. Definitely request him again!
