He did not show up for the first appointment, after calling him and rescheduling with him, he didn't show up for the second one either.

We are giving no stars, he was a NO SHOW. We planned our day around this appointment even waiting an extra 45 minutes for him. We called twice neither were answered nor have we heard from him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Rob was a good friend of mine so it was a no-brainer when my dad A senior citizen, Air Force disabled veteran decided he wanted a wood-burning fireplace in his living room to have Rob install it well, after the install a rain came and exposed Rob‘s professional performance which caused leaking inside of my dad‘s house from that point on me and my dad tried multiple times to contact Rob so he can come fix the leak but he will not return phone calls or text the cherry on top is my dad paid him upfront to do a good job and that turned out with my dad paying for a service he never received i’m extremely upset that he could not find the courage to at least return our phone calls or text

Rob has cleaned our chimney for several years in a row. He does an excellent job and also cleans up so there is absolutely no mess. I would highly recommend him!

Rob did an okay job however did not completely clean my chimney only vacuumed the inside and I still cannot fully open my flute in order to use my fireplace very disappointed. Paid in cash for both chimneys one is gas and the other is wood burning. I have to now call someone else to properly clean my wood burning furnace. I feel that I just wasted my time and money he was scheduled to return to check out the fireplace flute again and finish, however he never showed up and it's been weeks.

I had an old wood burning insert that had been installed in a gas fireplace. Rob was able to remove it and install gas logs--so now my fireplace starts with the push of a button!! He also cleaned out my chimney and didn't leave a mess AND was very affordable and fast! Highly recommend!

We would absolutely use Rob again and yes we plan too for all of our chimney needs! We had tried others but found Rob to be professional and prompt. His service was dive well and we appreciate it.

I wanted to convert my fireplace to wood from gas and Rob did an excellent job giving me pros and cons of each. He converted me over to wood per my decision and cleaned my chimney. His prices can’t be beat and his intelligence and kindness are priceless. I am so super happy with my results. Customer for life !

Rob was knowledgeable, professional & thorough. He explained what all he cleaned & addressed my concerns related to the chimney flue getting stuck (that after thorough cleaning & proper adjustments-is no longer a problem). Rob and his other workers were great! We noticed water coming from our chimney Sunday night and messaged him. He was at my house by 3pm the next day and finished an impressive amount of quality work by sundown. He was very personable, knowledgable, and a good teacher to someone like me who doesn't understand all the intricacies of a fireplace and chimney. He explained everything he was doing and kept me in the loop through every step of the process. Very thankful for the work he did and thanks to him we now have a water/moisture free & working fireplace/chimney. Highly recommend these guys.
