Eric showed great knowledge of the fireplace from top to bottom. He used modern tools like cameras and a drone to get a full picture of my fireplace and chimney. He was able to give me a fair assessment of my fireplace. The fireplace was cleaned and put together. It is a night and day difference! Eric is very thoughtful and even wears shoe covers when walking into the house! Highly recommend for their professionalism, good pricing, and great quality of work. Great service, very knowledgeable and cleaned a very dirty fireplace that’s surrounded with a white facade leaving no soot/marks. Very impressed.

He’s very thorough, complete with before and after photos he puts in a .pdf report/summary.

The best part is I had smoke coming into my house frequently and after the cleaning I don’t. Extremely happy about that.

Eric was great. Very professional and explained the whole process to us beforehand. We had some issues and he explained what would be needed to correct the concern to ensure the safe use of our fireplace. He provided a very detailed report and showed us how the process would look like when we fix the issues. Definitely recommend!!

this is a great company. As far as I’m concerned, they will be the only company that ever deal with cleaning my chimney. They were extremely thorough and I feel confident with the pictures and the videos that they took that I went to the right company. When I first researched different companies, I will admit this company cost a little more than everybody else, but it was well worth it he came with every tool he needed and provided me the video footage of going up the chimney and the pictures of everything. I will only use them from now on.

Very pleased with Advanced Chimmey. Eric explained the components of our gas fireplace, checked that all systems were working properly, tested our fireplace to ensure the problem was resolved. He was efficient, knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant—-always a great combination. I would give Advanced Chimmey my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Advanced Chimney Cleaning. I had rain leaking down my chimney and had Eric come out for an inspection, he took his time and thoroughly inspected the chimney all parts looked fine, he found tree debris clogging drain holes in the drip pan, cleaned and corrected and hopefully we are ready for the next storm!. As a business owner it is nice to meet an honest and thorough service technician, as so many are not.

From the very first phone call with Shelby, who was so sweet and accommodating over the phone, to Eric’s in-home inspection and cleaning, the entire experience was exceptional. Our chimney hadn’t been used since 2017, and Eric took the time to thoroughly inspect and clean everything, answer all my questions, and educated me about our old fireplace. I had Advanced Chimney Cleaning inspect the fireplace and chimney in the home I just purchased. Eric spent a lot of time going through everything in detail and explained his findings clearly. He answered all my questions without rushing me, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the fireplace turned out to be unsafe, but Eric walked me through several possible solutions. There was no pressure to commit to anything, just honest guidance. Shelby in the office was also great to work with and kept everything organized. My husband and I met Eric yesterday. He came to clean the lint that accumulates in the dryer vent. Eric arrived on time of the appointment. He did a good job! He was very professional by showing us the pictures he took before and after the job. He also explained us about the benefits of having this service.
