Was so professional and was so passionate about their work. They educated me about how the ducts operate and what their plan at accomplishing the job would be step by step. After the job was complete there was a refreshing great smelling spring scent in our home and there was no mess anywhere.

Easy to talk to and schedule the cleaning. Showed up on time and even texted me his ETA before arriving. Had all my duct vents and returns done, as well as my dryer vent. Showed me several different videos of before, during, and after. And I knew it was of my house, as I could see my actual basement as the camera was going up into the vents. I called for their duct cleanin service and Kenrick did the job very well. He cleaned up a dryer duct on the first floor and the other on the third floor - over the roof. He was professional and effective, and answered my questions about technical issues with great clarity.
